Reporting somebody on GTA5 Online?

This forum does not warn people that they are about to necro an inactive thread, or that it is frowned upon.

The least GTAForums could do is add some warning next to the reply button that a thread is dead, and maybe they need to make a new one?

Or disable the reply button after a year?

Or should I PM the mods for that?

Is having armor every time you spawn, when you do on the anniversary mode power play considered cheating. It takes 2 times longer to kill them. Also seen some player teleport around everytime Im shooting them cuz my low level (only 57

ass kept was holding my own on  1vs. 3 players. Them being from 300 and up level. They All seem to have been using some kinda of mod. I have a video of the armor showing up. I tried to add armor to check first if its possible and it wasn't for me. Im I missing something? Please send advise don't wanna report without making sure it actually is cheating and not aloud.

You can add armour via the interaction menu - and have the option of using "BST" (Bullshark Testosterone) - essentially a buff which increases your damage and decreases how much you take - which may explain why the higher level characters are taking so much more damage.  Note that as you level up you can increase your health as well.

As for teleporting, what they're likely doing is accepting a job then cancelling out immediately in order to warp to that job's location on the map - Lots of people do this (a common name for it is a "Heist warp" as many people use it to teleport to their apartments / facility)
