I would like to sell my apartment to get a new one

Is there anyway for me to sell my Eclipse apartment for the one next to the Epsilon Program mansion? I want to do this simply so I can wake up every morning, smoke my bong, eat my breakfast, drink my disgusting green juice, and finally enjoying the fresh air from outside as I walk next store to viciously murder each Epsilon member with my bare fist that I can lay my eyes on.

Sadly they removed being able to trade in apartments unless you already have three, which is stupid.

OP go and select the apartment you want and a little window will come up asking you if you want to trade in your current property or add a new one.

 

Select your current property and you'll replace it...
