That's a few differences if you ask me. If you're not planning on wanting it in your garage and driving it all the time, get the pickup if you have the money. If you want it as a PV, get the storable unarmed version.

They're both awesome, but only the regular version is a Person Vehicle. The HVY Insurgent (Pickup) is requested by Pegasus. The best value would have to be the regular Insurgent. You can push other's away, it's armored and you can store/modify it. It just doesn't have the gun on top.

the Pegasus one doesn't really have a purpose, the hydra is a better griefer in freeroam and usable solo. in missions it's really too much effort to use it.

get the storable one, add armor and watch the noobs try to go Michael bay on you in vein.

Get the PV. You don't need a friend to use it and it can take several explosives. Plus 16 k insurance to whoever wants to blow you up.

The cheaper Insurgent because you can store it the other, you need a gunner or its useless and just the same as the other.

Also u can put chrome + lime green paint job + clown horn + red tire smoke + custom tires + dollar sign wheel + blacklight neon on it!

Unarmed Insurgent is better. You can customize its appearance and use it in heists and missions. Plus, you don't need a friend to do damage. I've tried the Insurgent Pickup and the gunner gets taken out pretty easily.
