Description

This mod re-adds drug trafficking mini-missions that were scrapped during GTA5 development. I've inspired myself on GTA:Chinatown Wars drug dealing mechanics. There are multiple drug dealers found around Los Santos and Blaine County. They restock every night and their prices change. You can make a good profit by buying low and selling high. Just approach a drug dealer and a menu should pop up. Navigate the menu using the Numpad, and select with NumPad5.

This mod is under development and more features will be added, such as

  • More drug dealers
  • Drug deal police bust
  • Tip offs about low prices
  • Fabricating your own drugs

Installation

1. Make sure you have both the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x64) installed.
2. Download and install Script Hook V (including the ASI loader). You may download it from http://gtaforums.com/topic/788343-vrel-script-hook-v/
3. Download the latest experimental Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI into your game folder. You may download it from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/build/artifacts
4. Extract the provided DrugTraffic.dll to /Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/
If that folder does not exists, make one.

I just wanted to report a bug where if you quicksave, your inventory resets to nothing.

 

Also, would it be possible to add a .ini file where you can toggle blips on or off the radar. This request is due to the bugs when new blips are added to the map, such as vanishing mission markers.

I like that. But i dont wanna see vagos drug dealer on the grove street.

I really love this mod but I like I said earlier somehow it spawns vagos and ballas in cars in different places. I checked the popcycle files a few times and they are ok. I have the relationships set to hate between most of the gangs so fist fights and shootouts occur all the time. Only vagos and ballas spawn like this and not all models - just exactly the ones that can spawn as dealers, that is the east side ballas, mexican goon 02 and mexican thug. When I deleted your mod none of this happened. I wouldn`t mind if they spawned from time to time unexpectedly and started a fight but this happens all the time :/

Mod's not running for me. Put the .dlll in the scripts folder and I have both the asi and scripthook installed???

 

Nor is your trucking one. My other mods are working just fine

Are you using the scripthook .net version 1.0? (is a stable one)

can you tweak the mod a little where random npcs come up to you to buy drugs? i like the idea of buying and selling from other dealers but it just doesnt give the effect of the low level street drug dealer like the black market mod by "DEJI" for gta san andreas.

i im sure you could make it where there was a 1 in 10 % chance that a rando npc walks by, would want to buy some type of drug from you within a certain distance of the character.

same thing for if a cop were to come into a certain distance with you while a drug deal were taking place there would be a chance of getting busted.

anyway, this would be considered one of my personal all time favorite mods for the game and i wasnt going to buy it for pc until i knew there was a decent drug dealer mod for it. it adds the most replay value then any other mod.

Any chance to have an update to get chance of beeing attacked by AI who want to steal your drug during transport, or detected my police ?

I keep my thumbs up for that, it would be cool if the dealer models were different, it feels kinda weird buying drugs form ballas or vagos while being a families member :D, plus selling on the street to peds would be a lot better if you could do it on foot or from a normal car
