So this drops on Netflix tomorrow, and I'm really looking forward to it. Going to drop this here so I myself and other people can leave their thoughts tomorrow. Doubt I'll have the time to binge a load of it, but going to try and watch a couple of episodes at least. I'm hoping it's not a disappointment, but considering it's the Creators of Matrix that are behind it, I think it will be awesome. I'm loving it at the minute dude, there's so many shows I want to watch for once. This, Wayward Pines, Mr. Robot, True Detective Season 2. Oh my. I've had my interest restored in TV Shows this year, Netflix has had some really good additions as well, I really enjoyed Daredevil a lot. This year is going crazily fast to be honest, I couldn't believe it was available tomorrow either, I've only just realized today. I thought it was way later. I'm not much of a fan of that trend, but hey ho. I don't mind the weekly format for established shows that I'm already invested in, but a binge dump of episodes makes it easier to get invested in new stuff. At least, for me. Love the fact that it's a full-on "modern" series, not just dipping a toe in the water but going all in on topics that regrettably still are controversial for some. So many different and unique characters, and amazing locations. Never seen anything like it to be honest. Seen a lot of negative reaction Online, which surprised me, but it's not one of those series that appeals to everybody. Very slow-burn so far, but just amazing to watch. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it at first, but mid-way through the first episode, I knew it was my kind of show. It's different I'll give the naysayers that, but different doesn't equal bad. I like it and to me that's all that matters. The soundtrack is fantastic and it's by far one of the best looking 4K Series. Zoobz Posted June 14, 2015 Share Posted June 14, 2015 On episode 8 now. Been enjoying it so far. Once I've gotten to know the characters better, its been improving. I'm really liking the scenes when they are "helping" one another out with their different skills. Oh and the different cultures that are being expressed around the world is great to see. Not really sure what's happening with the "villain" at the moment. Think he has the same abilities? I'm sure I'll find out in future episodes.
