Vehicle spawns and Plan B during heists and setups?

So apparently Lazers spawn during Heist setups, and seasharks spawn near the boardwalk on the Pac standard finale. There's rumor of a chopper spawning during the PAC standard finale as well but reports are sketchy.

 

I'm a big proponent of plan B, or even plan C or D and like to use pegasus vehicles a lot during contact missions. This is not possible during almighty hists but there are random vehicles available throughout the map that would allow the setups or heists to be easier or completed a little differently.

 

So, what alternative vehicles are available for us to use and how do you use the ones you've found?

 

 

Opportunities I've found so far:

 

On Signal for PAC standard Hs - There are 4 seasharks waiting along the shoreline here much closer to Avi's island. You can park your PV's there and use them on the getaway.

 

On signal there's an ambulance chopper that spawns on top of the Vinewood police station.

 

On PAC standard finale - There are seasharks waiting near the boardwalk you can use to get to the dinghy.

 

 

 

 

On PAC standard finale - You can go to your garage and use your PV.

 

 

Pac standard Hs Convoy - There's Lazers available to steal in Ft. Zancudo you don't get wanted for stealing.

Many of the setups require all players to be in a specific place at a specific time, but if you can make the time.. jets will always spawn at Ft. Zancudo. Some heists and setups have wanted levels disabled, making jet acquisition quite easy.

 

My fav is grabbing one on the pacific finale, or as gunner on the Humane Labs Raid.

 

The convoy will drive all the way to Los Santos if you don't engage it right away. If you go to the road north of the waypoint (the one you take the bikes on in Pac Standard, with the tunnel), a Mesa will spawn as the convoy goes by. Grab it and you can drive right along with the convoy for as long as you like. (This would buy plenty of time to get a jet)

 

 

 

 

Unconfirmed:

 

Pac standard finale - There's a chopper on the roof of the Vinewood LSPD station just east of where the lectro's are parked.

That Police helicopter was removed.

Helicopter are Vespucchi Helipad spawns in the finale. To spawn it you have to drive pretty slow giving it time to 1.Spawn and 2. Land.

 

I do this every time I'm in the finale.

Man Im gonna go grab a lazer for the next Humane Labs finale I do..that sounds like fun.

So I just learned last night that an ambulance chopper spawns on top of the Vinewood police station during the 'Signal' hiest setup.

 

You can land it on the island before triggering Avis first cutscene. Then take off with 2 of the crew and leave one behind to deal with the cops.

 

If the person left behind is quick enough they can go steal a lazer from the base as long as they get away before lose the cops is triggered. As soon as you have to lose the cops the army base ai activates.
