Help Unblocking Potential Members for my crew?

Okay, so recently one of my members from the crew left and I had members who were requesting to join/I had in mind of recruiting. Problem is, that member who left was a commissioner who thought it would be cool to block those potentially New members. I thought I would be able to send them an invite from the Game it self becuase I couldn't from the Social Club itself, but instead it gives me a screen saying, " Social Club Error: The Game Services are unavailable. Please try again, or check network connection,etc etc. with "Network Error: 26"." I would really appreciate it if someone, anyone could assist me in how to undo the blocked these members so everything can go back to normal. Thanks in advance!

Support ticket or call them perhaps would be the most direct way.

Im not sure how you can block members that have not joined yet. You can ban members of your crew and that would block them. If thats the case you can unban them by going to your crew page and select manage crew. At the bottom of the page will be a list of banned players.

If these players have invites pending you can not send them another invite till they respond to the present one. In this case you will get an error message of some sorts. You would have to wait till they either accept or deny it before you can send them an invite to your crew.

So basically you cant send them an invite because they already have one from your crew or could be from another crew. You should message those players if you can and have them check their invites ingame or on social club.
