Collector's Edition content no longer free when it should

Hi guys, I've had this issue since the start of the heists update. I'm on ps4 and I transferred my Xbox 360 online character at Christmas and I was glad that my Collector's Edition content carried over so I can buy all of the cars for free online and use them in single player. However, since the heists update, I'm no longer able to get these vehicles for free when I should and can no longer access them in singleplayer. This has become an issue for me and was wondering if anyone has had the same issue because I tried submitting a ticket to R* but nothing ever came through. Also I can't redeem the code again because that code is only for Xbox 360?!

Well, on CG and PC there is no Collector/Special editions, but all LG Collectors/Special edition's content is available to everyone, but just not free.

 

EDIT: Now i started to doubt if is only available for returning players.

I've bought a collectors edition and can't even buy any of my cars again and they have disappeared from my garage.

 

I think that the upcoming update should fix it ;) Well, it is my dream at least.

Phew I'm glad other people have this issue too! Because they used to be free but now it's a big no no! But yes! One can hope they'll fix this!

Rockstar Support ticket was closed and they've said that it will be fixed soon so I'm definitely not the only one.
