ONLY Interested In The DLC Vehicles' Performance

I'm most interested in how the Windsor will do in the coupes class.

 

Right now, the Cognoscenti Cabrio looks like the most high end coupe, but its racing performance is middle-of-the-road. The Windsor doesn't look like the type of car that would have a spoiler option.

While the new DLC vehicles look nice, the performance is the determining factor to see where they rank in the tier list for races. I would be highly pissed if they have sh*tty performance. That new super Osiris should be running neck & neck with the Zentorno but, we don't know as of now.

 

Also, what if Rockstar surprises us with the ability to purchase the Duke 'O Death, Piswasser Dominator, and Piswasser Gauntlet?

I don´t really expect some high performance from Windsor and Virgo,but I think Stirling could be as good as Casco or Coquette Classic,and Osiris could be as good as Zentorno or Entity.

I would also like if they give us Heist DLC content in singleplayer.Hopefully not getting it there was just a glitch like when Sovereign and Liberator temporarily disappeared from singleplayer garages.There is no good reason for vehicles like Casco,Kuruma,Enduro and others not being in singleplayer.

Agreed. The only fast sports cars that I've enjoyed driving are the Bullet, Coquette, Comet, and Carbonizzare. The rest are iffy and most of the hyper cars are just extremely fast in a straight line and photogenic but that's it.

Apart from the Duke 'O Death, the race versions of the muscle cars are "High-end" so they might actually be added at some stage. Who knows if we'll get race DLC, something is telling me this might be one of the last.

I doubt the Osiris is going to be a 4WD so that's probably going to make it neck and neck with the Turismo R if anything, with the Entity XF and Zentorno butting heads still. I do really wish that it would be competitive with the Zentorno, and I do also highly agree with the level lock to around 70-100 (so it's at least feasible to achieve in R*'s head).

 

As for the other vehicles, we'll just have to see. I can't even pin what class R* is going to throw them into so I really can't tell. Say if they throw the Vigro or whatever it was called into Sports Classics, it shouldn't come close to matching the Z-Type, it should stick with Muscles.

I am right there with you OP. The only way I will buy the Super is if it is competitive. All the others are cool enough/cheap enough that it doesn't really matter.

Agreed I won't just blindly buy cars for looks alone, at least not until I spend my money on useful race cars first.

 

Stuff like the Lectro 750.000 for a bike i'd never use would most certainly never enter garage when looks are the main reason to buy a vehicle. The KERS dont work in races, enough said.

 

Same like golden choppers/planes etc when similar vehicles can be stolen in free mode (black luxor), or similar helicopters like frogger/maverick.

 

I do have a Savage tho but that's cause the weapons make it have a purpose beside transport only.

 

If anything some of the lower performance cars need to be reshuffled or seperated in different classes cause some are complete dominated by like 2-3 vehicles making the other 80% not so good for races.
