Has anyone got a link to saying they are releasing 12? I guessed they were going to be realising more than they showed as they same "some" of the cars being added on the recent newswire. But 12! I was expecting 6-8.

How can you be displeased with the content we have gotten? Other than gambling (which is probably coming), they have already supported this game above and beyond any of their other online titles and are getting a little better at doing so. You might not see anything particular that interests you, can afford or even want, but it's free and persistent. I think some people should move on if they don't get any enjoyment from the content or over all experience.

 

 

 

I'm looking forward to the new content, it's always welcome and am even curious as to what part two has in store.

Other than gambling (which is probably coming), they have already supported this game above and beyond any of their other online titles and are getting a little better at doing so. You might not see anything particular that interests you, can afford or even want, but it's free and persistent. I think some people should move on if they don't get any enjoyment from the content or over all experience.

 

yeah, i'm fairly new to the gta train and really surprised that they've released a number of updates for free since the game came out. "free dlc" is something pretty unheard of in this age of gaming. the only companies i ever see continue to give their game care and release new content for it beyond release are like indie developers and that sort. so its a pretty pleasant surprise to see Rockstar pushing out new stuff for this game still. can definitely respect them for that.

Because they are entitled narcissistic douchebags. They won't just move on to another game. This game was not to their liking because they had to get out of freemode to be successful. So instead of playing something else they sit on here and mock those of us that do enjoy it.

 

Because that is not a pointless endeavor.

Yeah, but these updates are just adding cars, guns (and skins) and clothing items, not like dozens of complex missions.

There will be at least one more, if not more, liveried race cars in each portion of this update. They just haven't shown you it, yet.

 

I suspect either the Feltzer or the Elegy; but I'd like it to be either the Sultan or the Comet.

Too be fair like Crysis said heist was suppose to come out in spring of last year, that's what rockstar said anyways. But this "summer" can mean end of September.

i miss the old generation of gaming where so many of us enjoyed playing with what we were given rather than whining about everything. I really dont even care if the vehicles in the rockstar newswire are the only vehicles we get for now, I'm just excited that we're getting new content

I miss when gaming didn't nickel and dime us. And make us believe we need more to enjoy it.

Well, you do you and keep being pessimistic about the second part not coming this summer. I'm pretty sure they could release it by July, August or September since the updates are just adding new vehicles, clothing and possibly new guns. Back in the first year of GTA Online, Rockstar was releasing updates every month and they were just adding vehicles, clothing and guns (as I stated like one sentence ago), so I'm 85% certain that both part 1 and part 2 are coming out within this summer, but hey, maybe I'm just being optimistic about this since I'm so happy that GTA Online is finally getting new cars after a long drought. (Kuruma was nice, but that was the only car that I bought since the Festive Surprise.)

 

Again, they're not adding complex missions like heists that involve several cutscenes, making a new part of the map (the carrier in the EMP setup), etc. It's just cars and clothing and stuff.
