MCMXCII Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 As far as I know, you have always been able to do this since day 1 but it is a cool thing to add to your character. Every once awhile, I'll put the skull tattoo on and combine the skull facepaint (I forgot what it's named), with it.
