This is a fairly common problem, searching the Internet, I found a bunch of these cases, dating back to the xbox360 \ ps3 version of the game, that is, with the release of Gta Online

I connected a static IP address from the ISP, open ports on the router, reinstalled windows, include all services on the computer, but nothing helped.

I have is bundle modem + router + 3-4 computers.

Your computer goes through several firewalls.

Это довольно частая проблема, поискав в интернете, я нашёл кучу таких случаев, начиная ещё с xbox360\ps3 версии игры, то есть с релиза Gta Online

Я изучил кучу мануалов по сетям, портам, и прочим способам исправить эту ошибку.

Я подключал статический IP адрес у провайдера, открывал порты на маршрутизаторе, переустанавливал windows, включал все службы на компьютере, но ничего не помогало.

У меня стоит связка модем + роутер + 3-4 компьютера.

На роутере я могу открыть все порты, на модеме же может открыть только провайдер, я ему писал, но ничего они не ответили.

Суть вот в чём

Ваш компьютер проходит через несколько фаерволов.

Через роутер, через модем, через провайдера, через страну

На каком то участке у вас блокируются порты, которые нужны для игры.

И получается что игра не получает данных от других игроков и сервера.

А может только зайти в игру, так как порт 80 отвечает за открытие страниц http, а порт 443 за https , то есть эти порты открыты у всех, иначе у вас бы не открывались страницы в интернете

Gta Online заходит по этим порта в игру, а так как другие порты закрыты, вас кидает в пустую сессию.

В идеальном случае у вас всё будет работать без всяких настроек.

Но так как у меня случай запущенный, мне это не помогало.

Так как открывая только на роутере, вы не можете открыть порты на модеме провайдера и других звенах сети до сервера игры.

Так как нам не дают прямой доступ к открытию портов, я нашёл выход в VPN(Virtual Private Network).

Разработчикам GTA ONLINE нужно договориться с VPNGATE.

Чтобы тем людям у кого закрыты порты, предлагало использовать VPN или как нибудь само настраивалось

Чтобы это делалось самой игрой а не сторонними программами, но такое врят ли будет, так что пользуйтесь.
