GTA San Andreas Crash on startup (with limit adjuster)

H, I have a problem with my Gta Sa : Everytime I try to start Gta Sa and I have the limit adjuster ( that with d3d9.dll) in my folder, it crashes right after startup. Here the error :

I think that Limit Adjuster is outdated.

Each of these have their own different limits, so it all depends on what limits you are initially using the adjuster for.
