what are the most fun gta missions?

I am wondering what the most fun missions are in gta 5 (only level 30 something) does not matter if player created or not just want to know what's fun and if possible both earns money and is fun

give me a name of job and what you do in job.. example Snipers VS Stunters.. one team stands on platform with snipers other drive in super cars and try to ram them off.

also how would I find/search these missions on ps4 or do I just hope for one to pop up in invite list?
