Cotax
Hey people. Cutscene skins got more bones then the normal SA skins and I wanted to know how i can convert/attach the cutscene bones to a standard skins bones to make a mouth animation up. I want to be able to add these bones to normal SA skins or atleast a normal SA skin from which the cutscene bones were based on, for example the cutscene bones from OGLOC to the normal OGLOC ingame. I got no clue on how to do this. Could someone maybe help me with a video or an easy guide please? CHECK SPOILER
Rented
I believe that you can just use the cutscene models but I don't see any point of doing so as in-game animations do not use these bones, they don't even have them.

Rented
If you use the cutscene characters they have those bones, but the ingame animations do not. Kennethmt
Cotax
If you use the cutscene characters they have those bones, but the ingame animations do not. I can hook my self up with the animations thats not a problem but you say that the ogloc skin for example is already having cutscene bones?, I am replacing the cutscene skin with the standard ogloc so i dont think that that will give it cutscene bones. Rented
If you extract OG Loc from cutscenes.img and import it to gta3.img then yes it will have those bones as they are skinned. It's gonna take a big effort and some skill too to make all those anims... Edit: If you want to add those bones to peds that are not included in Cutscenes.img then you will have to skin them (I suggest watching a tutorial or something), you will also need to model the inside of the ped's mouth. Rented
So you want to make two bones into one? Then the easiest is to remove the unused one. Edit: By the way the Ryder animation in your first post, did you do that yourself? Edited June 5, 2015 by Rented

Shagg_E
I don't know about SA, but right now i'm working on all-new hierarchy of bones in VC, and i can say exactly that in VC you can't add new bones at ingame model(but can re-make hierarchy of bones), unlike cutscene models(I was able to add 10 new bones to cutscene models - there's 64 bones limit). Not sure, but i think that SA has a same bones system(impossible to add new bones to ingame model, but possible for cutscene models).
