'Lucky Plucker' (Opening Soon)

Noticed this when I was playing the game and took a picture to post on here because it made me think of the similar sign on the Casino. Any thoughts?

Its just a run down area, they built too much buildings that never really took off. You can see building sites like this in the little town at the north of the map, the sign says building will be done in 2008, but they gave up. This place looks the same aka as its boarded up and left alone.

That is a restaurant. Don't expect it unless they add restaurant interiors and usability like IV

Yep, don't expect anything, there are plenty buildings in Los Santos in construction since many years...
I thought everyone know this, since in the story mode (GTA V then), we knows there are many unfinished buildings (cause 2008 crysis).

But it's true, many of players don't play to GTA V, and if they play, they don't care about the story.....

 

And I don't think Rockstar will bring this kind of new Interiors unfortunately (as we have in GTA IV), because 2 things:

- Because a "nuggets" cost 2-8$, and then, this don't ask to players to be Rich in game, and then players don't need to buy some shark cards for it.

It's more easy to act like a moron and rush in GTA Online and then to eat all our snacks in cover, and then to buy a lot of snacks (in my case, i saw i bought for 20 000$ of snacks since i'm playing.... since the April 16 of this year (amazing, i know, specially because I'm not big eater, I wonder if Rockstar troll me with snacks....).

In GTA IV, i bought for only 3000$ of "burger things and other cake things" in 7 years..... .

If people can earn some "Heal" in this kind of "burger shop" like in GTA IV, then people are more smart, don't rush, because the "Burger shop" isn't in our pocket, we need to be more smart and prudent (ant then, we die rarely, we don't need a lot of heal).... => It's not good for the Rockstar business (shark cards), and Rockstar want clearly make this game for kids only or no-brain people who love rush.

And then some people will say that win 20 000 in GTA Online is easy... yes it's true when we're really playing (and not brun our ammos in free roam.. to kill one person with a rocket, or with a 1000$ mine....), however major of players still beg on the Online towards fuclking scriptkiddies to have ingame money....

 

- and the second, even if normally we're playing to Grand Theft Auto (meaning of GTA, for those who don't know it yet, there are many on this forum and GTA Online globally), people just want to buy cars.....
And Rockstar will open the Casino, when they want kill GTA Online (as all games with a casino) to clean up before GTA VI and when they will want to earn some money via Shark cards (because many morons will win 20 000 000 one day, and will lose 25 000 000 the second day, and they will need to have cash, and the easy way is the Shark Cards (no need to have skill), or cheat (or beg for money towards scriptkiddies) instead to do missions, races and other lucrative things....).

Gambling makes the "house" win all the time. You have some lucky guy here and there, but, over longer periods of time, it always wins. SO, the Casino will be the perfect cash sink.

 

Having less money means all THREE of the above, in what you said, not only 2: need for Shark Cards (unsure if a player that hasn`t bought one will do it, as it should be smart enough not to gamble to begin with, or gamble only pocket change and not all his money), cheat ( which can be debated they had ample time to do it anyway - not like they need yet another excuse for it), or run missions (to make up money from which they will gamble).

 

If anything, it will add a new incentive to do missions / heists, because they will need more money to gamble with.
