Kill him first. I was used to go on passive when there were Lazers spawn killing the whole lobby, but now Online doesn't even work for me

Or get off radar and into a better position and start the payback..

 

 

Jets aren't as hard as you'd imagine, if you can get up high somewhere, in the middle of other dots.. they tend to think everyone is on the ground, so you can often get a good rocket shot at them...

 

 

oh and it's a bit gamey, but be sure to kill yourself regularly rather than wading through loads of cops.. that can make a massive difference.. especially if they've got stars and you don't...

Going passive if it's an unprovoked attack or i'm busy because f*ck you, i'm not here to be your plaything or help your e-peen grow.

 

When I am feeling up for a fight or retaliating to hostilities i'll attempt to lure players into an area of my choosing with good cover and let my Gusenberg Sweeper do the talking. Doesn't always work but it can be fun.

To add a little incentive. I create a little wager on my driving skill with a bounty of $1.000 (from a friend of mine in a session) to see if he can catch up to me and kill me. Not to brag, but its a common success rate of 89%...

Varies on the situation, I stick in Invite Only Sessions now. But when I would be in public sessions, when someone attempts to kill me, I'll attempt to kill them back. If successful, I just make a getaway and switch sessions or continue about my business (E.G Friend had sent me a invite right as the person initiates war with me). People tend to get mad when they were actually innocent though. I was in the store once and 2 chicks walking in with Assault Shotguns so I instantly reacted and blasted them and got cornered by cops (Stupid Clerk.. -_-) but managed to escape eventually and they got mad and called me a wimp for escaping. (We were in Sandy Shores so I drove to the AIrfield and escaped via Chopper to my apt in Los Santos )

 

When I have a bounty, usually I'll just let some newb get it or a ask a friend. I don't really care about bounties on me or on others that much anymore unless I just feel random and decide to go for it. (Or Daily Objective but usually I'll use a friend for that) It's fun to try and survive sometimes though ^_^ But I don't have the time for it, I just want to go about and shop and what not freely.

 

Also, after any case I go Passive Mode (I'm usually 24/7 Passive in Pubs).

I escape killers by hiding in a locker and pissing myself. Works every time.
