(In a good way, the back and forth, the insider knowledge of rockstar, the impotent rage) If anyone here hasn't looked at what's coming in the DLC, don't, then you'll be less disappointed if/when it doesn't come to SP. Big Gta fan Posted June 3, 2015 Share Posted June 3, 2015 (edited) @Osho:are you sure about "trusted and loyal sp fans",because last time i checked back in 2008 and 2009,gta iv wasn't appeciated at all,no one give a sh*t about it in the forums,you people only cared about the *simple* online it had. and also we all know rockstar made the story short and not "Gritty" all because of the fantastic gta iv and the "loyal trusted fans", yeah the story suffered from some issues,but who in the hell should blame rockstar,it's pretty obvious the stupid fan base and gta iv are the reason for anything wrong with gta v,rockstar games were simply lost,they can't satsify everyone and the b*llsh*t online is a late idea they had,about making another game instead gta v with simple online due the online of iv was pretty good,so they only responded to them,so gta online is another game by c*ckstar,handled by a small team of rockstar north,not the whole rockstar north like you 100% sure about it,that's why it had a terrible launch,that's why it had and still have tons of issues,is it so hard to work your brain for once? and the f*cking dlcs of iv were announced before the release of iv,that's why iv was so f*cking empty,nothing is worth doing in this game,it's called a sandbox game without sand,if people think the main missions are boring,then what about the side activities,of course they are more boring,and majority of people have played the dlcs that was already announced from a long time ago and released on xbox TWO YEARS after iv,imagine that,what company actually announce a big dlc and heavily work on it before their big game was released?who????tell me who? obviously V didn't have any cuts to put it in online,that's why the online keep have updates instead of just releasing them once and for all,remember the heist update,a year and a half for it for it,because obviously it wasn't even in the work,so the b*llsh*t online wasn't even ready to be released,it was a late idea they had. can your brain pls just try this time to understand? just this time,i don't want anything else,use your brain this time but read my comment well. edit:my point is there is no such thing called loyal and trusting sp fan,because obviously gtaforums is full of people respectfully bullsh*ting each other,you know exactly what i'm talking about,you didn't care about gta iv,you played the online if iv,now gta v was short because of iv and the bullsh*t loyal sp fans groups,now you think the online take everything from V,despite it didn't do anything for the sp like you are 100% sure of it,and if the online was popular back in 1997,then gta 1 could have online,sa had unofficial online but it is still popular,gta iv had simple but underrated multiplayer,it was very good back then,now it's a desert,it's a clear f*cking sign that they should start care for the multiplayer in their f*cking games if you asked me. It's possible the game has some subliminal messages that make people love it, millions online every day and people who preach about what's wrong with the game still play it. Conspiracy. Rockstar either give a sh*t about their games or show off and spend sh*tloads on it. You need sustainable income for expensive games now, the gaming business as a whole is moving into a long term game thing, not release, 4 patches, a bit of DLC and done. V will be supported for ages yet and for a business, it's a gold mine. If the tech had been available in 1997, shark cards would've been in GTA 1 and rockstar would be richer. The SP is huge, whether the activities aren't what you want is a subjective thing, there's more activities than IV, not crime related no, not half arsed things either. The strangers and freaks missions are a lot like IV's story missions and the story missions actually have variety. It's stupidly big, far from the tiny nothingness people seem to think it is. What you get is about 900 call of duty's worth of game. That's not bad, and believe it or not, some still play SP regularly, nearly 2 years after release, no DLC. The rockstar forgetting their routes is bullsh*t. I think this is defending, possible fanboyism. It's true, but one of them too. This thread is a melting pot of topics.
