Don´t forget about the Benefactor Stirling GT...I think it´s more interesting then all the other goofy things together. Always wished for a car like that in a GTA game, so I´d love to see it in SP. Although it´s not the end of the world if it doesn´t come to SP. Would be nice to have, though.

I can live with things be an Online exclusive, it becomes a problem when SP fans are left in the dark.

Yeah, you GTAO-lovers are going to say "Well GTA V gets the GTAO vehicles! And it's free DLC! Be happy!"

 

But the small GTAO content that is lazily added to GTA V is ridiculously basic, and more like an official mod/add-on from Rockstar. Soon enough people will be able to add new vehicles and weapons to V on the PC. It's just basic and doesn't really do much for V, but it's some nice filler content for GTAO.

 

That's what sucks about this situation. GTAV/Singleplayer people have been left in the dark. We want something like EFLC or Undead Nightmare. It doesn't even have to be that big. Just a nice small expansion for single player, like Rockstar has had planned for almost a year or two now.

 

Stop telling people to simply get over it and play GTAO. GTAO and Singleplayer are not the same experience. There are tons of people here who are long-time fans of the series, which has always been single player focused, and there is going to be plenty of people who continue to prefer the original GTA, singleplayer experience as opposed to the psuedo-MMO that is GTAO.

Considering that it now looks unlikely that there's a single player dlc on the way I find it slightly disappointing that recent content has only been for GTA Online. I suppose it must be to coax more people to Online and buy Shark Cards. It's a bummer because I have no interest in GTA Online but I'm more than happy with what I got for my money. It's a shame they're not making single player dlc because there's more untapped potential in GTA V's world.

Is seems everyone here plays on console, where you cant mod the game or use trainers. For all of you complaining about ONLINE DLC not coming to Single Player, just play it on PC and use a trainer. You can spawn every single vehicle in an instant. Even the heist vehicles.

This is not the answer and shouldn't be necessary, especially for a GTA game. I've always played console (more) and never had such an issues with a GTA game...until the HD era.

I'm sorry, but VCS and LCS really didn't have much of an MP. It was all LAN based. Had to have a buddy nearby.

The reason they're mad at GTA:O, is that IV's simpler approach to MP was more beneficial to the full package. GTA:O took a long time to make, and it's pretty obvious (at least to me) that it took crucial time away from SP, which is why we've got half assed businesses.

I'm not really fond of Online, nor it's MMO type business structure, but making these vehicles and guns to be just Online exclusive is just unacceptable and it will largely affect Rockstar's reputation and will make all loyal SP players seem a bit denied and it's just unfair to waste their resources for Online usage only.

It clearly says, "Take 2 have big plans for the Scottish developer"

Don't get fooled by the words "World" and "ONLINE". It was still an idea for a simple multiplayer at that time.

The world and gaming business has moved on since 2008. Announcing an SP DLC could stop the mad theories and online rants of the Internet for about 12 minutes before the too little too late captain buzzkills start. That 12 minutes will go down in legend.

 

OT: It's out in 6 days, which I'm guessing by the 'it's been 2 years!' Is actually 50 days. If nothing is in SP, people can flood the forums with how to boycott online and reasons why cockstar are evil like last time. It's an exciting week.

It's quite clear to anyone with half a brain that Rockstar clearly doesn't care about SP as of now. Their focus is the Garbage mode, or in other words, Online mode.
