I prefer it for single player because I dont want to grind missions just to get enough money to try out these new vehicles as well as $10,000 paint jobs and getting nickel and dimed for garage fees and such? Im done with that. I just use the trainer to generate such items, not waste my time. Online and Story Mode protagonists can't share clothes much, just like the Story Mode characters can't share most of their clothing items with each other. Clothing models are really character body parts and the Story Mode protagonists are all custom models. We don't even have the announcement, but still hopeful, like every single player fan, who doesn't want to see the developers giving out more content to the loyal, trusting fans? On old-gen, new vehicles in this sort of update would be added to the special vehicles menu in Story Mode at no cost to the character to spawn in a garage or hangar. On new-gen/PC, all the old-gen DLC vehicles were fully integrated into the world and no longer special. So, three possibilities. It'll work like old-gen on all platforms and the vehicles will become free special vehicles in Story Mode. Or it'll be like Heists and add nothing to Story Mode. Or, least likely crazy possibility, the vehicles will only be in Story Mode on old-gen, because that's how this situation always played out there, while on new-gen maybe the mechanism to do this doesn't exist. I'm really hoping they are properly implemented like the old vehicles were in the jump to the PS4/Xbone version. There were implemented terribly on the PS360. Nothing worse than starting a new game for a story playthrough, and all the character's inventories are full of weapons already. I think the reason why the heist stuff didn't was because it would have spoiled some of the story missions as being able to use an armoured car would make it too easy. I think it´ll be the same way here. Cars available in your garage (360/PS3) or to buy on the ingame internet (One/PS4/PC). R* mentioning only Online in their Newswire is nothing new. 'That doesn´t neccessarily mean that SP won´t get some cars or weapons like in previous updates. We´ll have to wait and see. If these cars really don´t come to the SP, then we can start the bitching and moaning soon enough. I like the Zentorno (NO, mine neither has a chrome paint job nor has dollar rims - lava red with orange pearl, carbon rims and as I play SP only, I don´t annoy other people with it ). I'm scared of leaving my apartment cause I'm afraid some asshole would shoot me down for no reason, I mute the audio because of all the squeakers. If a GTA game makes too afraid to free roam, you know there is something inherently wrong with it. To thrive is to grind and glitch, to have fun is to be over powered or a hacker. No, that's not why I play GTA. I play GTA to have fun, free roam and cause havoc not at the expense of others who are trying to have fun. I want to experience the world at my own pace not being constnatly on the move because to try to immerse yourself in this Online world is a death sentence.... plus having the bloody ability to pause the game is nice. They can release it when they want. But announcing it in 2014, "Substantial GTA V content coming soon" and then not giving any info on it for more than one year makes R* look pathetic. No communication with the SP fans, putting out only Online related info onthe Newswire. Ridiculous indeed. Offering GTA O money for those who complain about SP bugs. R* has gone to the dogs clearly. Dear R*, not all GTA fans have moved on to Online. We're waiting for some info. And we're also hoping that the next GTA's SP campaign is better. Are we wrong in expecting that, R*? It is its own SEPARATE ENTITY and every single day that I lurk these forums I watch all you entitled idiots think they're the same thing. Look at your copies of GTAV - 'INCLUDES GTA Online'. GTA Online is its own consistent world, which will be going for years and years. of course it's bound to get a consistent flow of updates. Your standalone GTAV however? A single player game, start to finish. buncha DLC thats already come out for it. no story dlc as promised, sure, but thats another argument. The sheer fact is if you expect a SINGLE PLAYER GAME released 2 years ago to cop the same kind of content an MMO does, then you're the reason these forums have gone to sh*t and littered with nothing but entitled bitching.
