I will say one thing though, from the windscreen back it's pure Huayra and I can see why R* didn't put a Grotti badge on it.

The whole front end is more rounded than the Ferrari and the hood area definitely isn't a straight copy of the Ferrari either. It just has the little opening near the top which is not at all like the one on the Ferrari, if anything it's blended between the two based on the shape and how round it is. Hell, the front wheel well area has a more rounded and pronounced flare like the Huayra over the sharp drastic look of the Ferrari. Even up near the windshield is round like the Huayra and nowhere near angular enough to be off the Ferrari.

Look at the side where it has the intakes at the bottom and the top, it's identical to the Huayra, just toned down a bit. I doubt it's gonna look like the Ferrari.

Its like 90% Pagani, 10% Ferrari. The entire shape is Pagani, the rear end, sides all Pagani. Only the headlights are Ferrari. Not even the shape of the front is Ferrari like. Just the headlights.

It was never going to be an exact copy. Especially since Ferrari don't have a sense of humor about such things. Pagani are probably more easy going. All the details of the LaFerrari are present in the front end of the Osiris, but they're all softened and altered, as you would expect.

Oh I've seen plenty of the Huayra. The only details I see from it on the Osiris front end are also shared by the LaFerrari. The entire front bumper and splitter is Ferrari, the headlights, and the hood with it's center mounted radiator vent and badge. The lines are more round and less sharp, like the Pagani, but that's about it.

 

Fact is, all these GTA cars are a blend of different cars to evade copyrights. A 90/10 split wouldn't make much sense, unless they're fishing for another lawsuit.

The entire front bumper and splitter is Ferrari, the headlights, and the hood with it's center mounted radiator vent and badge. The lines are more round and less sharp, like the Pagani, but that's about it.

 

Fact is, all these GTA cars are a blend of different cars to evade copyrights. A 90/10 split wouldn't make much sense, unless they're fishing for another lawsuit.

 

They did the same thing with the Turismo.
