Self Radio issues?

Recently put some songs in the user music file for the self radio station, now ever since I did this and scanned it and it worked, everytime I use it suddenyl the terrain starts loading really slow when at like 60 MP/H. And although it doesn't freeze and i can basicly drive right through these slow loaded terrain parts, other cars and NPC's do actually suffer from these slowly loaded terrain parts and do start glitching out when parts of the terrain do load.

I play on the steam version for those who want to know, maybe theres some known glitches for it or something, but haven't really found anything about it.
