tuff_luv_capo Posted January 10, 2003 Share Posted January 10, 2003 I was sniping from my uusual spot at the ocean beach pay n' spray. I had gone up the stairs and leapt onto the little alcove beside the body armor and walked around to the street area. I had gotten 3 stars when a red "Miami Vice" cheetah pulled up below me. I blew up the car with my M60 when the blown off tire from the car came up and hit me. I went flying back and up onto the actual roof of the garage where I landed perfectly on my feet with no health or armor damage. Tires are almost as useful as choppers! mark_1000 Posted January 13, 2003 Share Posted January 13, 2003 heaps of people have probably done this too, but i tried to land my helicopter too fast and clipped a pole. somehow i managed to do donuts on the ground in my chopper leaving skid marks. joshsmog Posted January 13, 2003 Share Posted January 13, 2003 i was playing gta3 and my awesome perenial blew up from cops shooting it but i got out in time then an FBI car drove at me full speed and i jumped at it and went flying 200feet in the air and landed on a building that was really high then a police helicopter appeared out of no where and blew up in my face and i only had 20 hp left and the heli when it blew up knocked me off building and i landed on a police officers head and was wasted on top of him and he didnt even notice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

fredward Posted January 13, 2003 Share Posted January 13, 2003 the cops were chasing me so i led them down to the dock, i drove full speed toward the water with a cop right behind. i bailed b4 i went in the water, but the cops went in, their car flipped over and caught fire, then the cops got out of the car and died standing upside down in the air. i had a pic but accidentally deleted it. if i can get it to happen again ill post a screenie. I ran up towards the bridge by VCN that leads to Prawn Island and I saw a guy on a Sanchez in front of me. I took his Sanchez and when I was half-way through my U-turn an Enforcer smacked the side of the Sanchez at full speed and sent me flying about 200 feet! After smacking the concrete I got back on my bike and lost the rest of the stars. Another time I was running from the FBI and I was on a pcj. I was hit from behind and sent flying past the donut shop, where I landed right by the Starfish Island bridge. I thought I was lucky that I didn't fly into the water. But then, before my guy could get up, the skidding bike smacked him and sent him into the water. All of my friends were laughing at how unlucky I was. Cyro Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 i had 6 stars and i was on a pcg600 and a big green truck (cant think of the name at the moment) slammed into me head on. i was on the first island and ended up on the weird little water shack island thing with the rampage where u deystroy 10 vechicles with a rocket launcher on it and the pcg600 was next to me and the green truck was coming right at me floating through the air and smacked tommy's body in half with one half left standin and i was still alive. definetly a weird glitch and "freeky sh*t" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On occasion, usually down by the Airport/Army Base area, pedestrians will demonstrate they're superspeed. I've seen people run faster than most cars go. It occurred when I've shot a couple people in the street or blown up a couple cars at that intersection by the wallride on the way to the Army Base. Very strange. I wish Tommy could run that fast.
