MacedonianGTA
My GTA V is freezing after playing 20-30 minutes. Most of the time it freezes when entering a car or fighting with fists. Here are my specs. CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Dual Core 2.51GHz GPU:NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT(512MB) RAM:2GB(Soon getting 4GB)
Erpetter
Those are really ancient components. For instance that processor was released 10 year ago. Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements so expect problems. Your computer simply lacks much needed system and video memory and processing power. Crashes happen probably because the game runs out of usable memory.

timason
I would really go for a 760 or 770 if you can. 760 with some overclock would be good but be warned, GTA V doesn't like overclocks at all (CPU or GPU).
SlaveZer0
all my stuff is overclocked and gta runs super smooth
timason
all my stuff is overclocked and gta runs super smooth Well 'at all' is a little much then. But it has been said that GTA 5 is an excellent way to test overclocks. With my cpu stable for 2 years, it created mini freezes in GTA 5. My gpu overclocked and stable, ran different benchmarks many times, no problem but then made GTA V crash. After this, I wouldn't recommend overclocking for this game.
