[LUA] How to add multiple permanent blips on the map?

Hi all,

 

I've just decided to start creating mods for GTA V. I've chosen LUA to begin with, as it seems to be the easiest language to learn as a beginner. I've read documentation and tutorials, searched on forums, looked inside some LUA mods already released, etc...

 

Nonetheless, I am currently stuck. I'm trying to create permanent blips/icons on the map to show the location of the collectibles in the game (spaceship parts, letter scraps, submarine parts) but I can't get it to work.

 

I guess it should be fairly easy, but as I said, I have almost no knowledge in modding.

 

I've already managed to add one blip on the map using this code:

... but I do not know how to add multiple blips at the same time.

 

Could anyone guide me, please? I would be very grateful.

What you need to do here is create a list or array of coords for each spaceship part, then loop over the list calling markSpaceship() on each item.

 

Something like this: (I don't know Lua, so don't expect it to work!)
