the Real Estate office just informed Michael that new garage properties are available for him to own :lol:

great job MLG. version 4 is awesome.

You bet I did. Any ideas for any more messages or something? Cause they're fetched from my server. That was the Net Notifications update. So yous don't even have to update to get more content :D

 

 

 

Nice mod.

 

So far, there are two bugs.

1. The text messages don't actually show up in the phone. I just get the notification.

2. Touching the signs (just by walking into them) destroys them.

 

Also, do you think you might add apartments as well?

1. They don't save cause it's not possible yet, and that risks corrupting saves.

2. Don't run into signs. (I can't fix this atm)

I can and I will. But yous aren't gonna see very much for about a week. Busy life.

 

 

And for people reporting bugs, I got em on a list. So i'll deal with them asap.

MLG awesome progress with this mod so far :), really like the locations you have chosen too, pretty neat! Obviously, not many places suited for large and extra large vehicles but I realise this wasn't part of the intention for this version! It would be so nice if there was a "large" interior for large garages, anyway, onto feedback!

 

1161_hawick_st is bugged...well, sort of bugged. On the radar is selects the garage twice as two purchasable garages but there is only one, when you buy the garage, you still get the open to "buy" the garage again as well as enter it, which seems a little odd so guessing this is a bug, it duplicates it self it seems in this version and things there is another garage when there is not.

 

Besides that...all seems to be working great :), keep up the awesome progress. Really excited to see what's next :D.

 

Oh btw, few more "static" garage ideas a bit more spaced out in the world, finally found one worthy of sandy shores location :), saw this before but didn't think to include it, but seeing as you are doing static garages currently, thought it would be a good trevor place, possible a 2 or maybe 3 car garage due to the size? Maybe even 4, depends I suppose, $125-$150,000 maybe?:

Next, is in Paletto bay, really nice location and nice for a 4-6 car garage with perfect access to the highway and no blocks at all, £200-225,000 perhaps?:

Finally, these 3 are all situated along the same stretch of road, leading SOUTH from the north east corner of the airport, along the road called "Exceptionalists Way" 1 of them even says "storage" so how awesome is that? Lol. The other two are further down the road (which 1 is a GTA:O garage) and another by just before devon wests hanger, price range $200-$250,000 perhaps and maybe all of them 6 car garages?

Oh? I am guessing the V0.4's framework allows it to be more modular this time around then? Whatever the case, besides the bug i reported with duplicating property at 1161 it's performing really, really well!

Most definitely! I'm loving all the new features you put in and this mod has really increased my enjoyment of GTA V. Now I can use my custom vehicles to do random missions around the city and not have to worry about losing them (or how I will get home once I'm done with the mission :D )

 

I think my only complaint so far (and it may well be beyond your control) is that certain, "features" I'll call them, on cars does not save. By "features" I mean the variations in different cars (not Los Santos Customs mods). This causes some cars to not save "properly". The biggest example I can think of off the top of my head is the Hot Knife. An unmodded Hot Knife can either come with the hood on or hood off (if you mod the hood in LSC it will always be always be removed due to the mod). When you park the Hot Knife in the SPG it doesn't seem to save the state of the hood sadly :/

 

There may be other vehicles with variations that will also suffer this "bug" (I think the Stallion also?). Again, not a HUGE deal, but if it's something that is workable that would be really nice ^_^

 

Keep up the awesome work on this awesome mod ^_^

1. Make your GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe run as administrator (right click on files, select properties/compatibility and tick).

2. On the SinglePlayerGarage folder (or better on the scripts folder) right click => properties => security and allow all permissions to what user you are.

 

but i cant find this Garage. What have i done wrong? I never Played this game in the Multiplayer Part.

@mlg: Great and convenient, however so far I got two bugs.

 

I bought an Osiris, and saved it in one of the garages, although stock. Then after a while, I took a cab to the buyable LSC and used the mechanic feature to call the car. Tuned it, and then returned it through same menu [Return All Cars]. Now when I called it again, it was in the same condition as when I initially saved it; i.e. stock. I tuned it again, then drove to the garage myself. When the menu came up to ask which floor I wanted to go to, SPG crashed when I selected the 3rd one [where the Osiris was saved].

 

Am I the only one or this happens to everyone?

just extract this archive in your main gta v folder then add the spg files to the scripts folder

 

that's all you have to do and your scripts folder have to look like this to run this mod

Hey! The mod crashed and asked to send you the file and what i did. I dont see any DM option around here, so how can i sent you the log? No issues with it before. I requested a car to be delivered to me, stole one, went to the garage and saved the new car, modded it. After that i went out of the garage and requested all the cars to be returned, went inside the garage again and then the crash happened. Was not able to even get out of the garage.

 

Let me know how can i send you the log.

Amazing mod, but I have some things to say

 

Please remove the floors

You can use guns in the garage

The windows customization is missing

Please use the game's colours for respray options

It would be cool if I could change the garages to 2, 6, or 10-car garages.

Some people like the floors . please do not force your opinion on everyone . and he said that the In-Garage tuning is missing some features ( not reading first post ? ) and the last feature im not sure about . thanks ...

Totally agree, i like the floors too! I just added some more floors to Eclipse towers and they wasn't available. Then i went to the sale's sign and they was there available for purchase! Very clever!

Try as I might I cannot get this mod working.
I have many other mods all working fine but this one eludes me.
I have SPG files in scripts folder and I do have scripthook and lua files in the main folder but
the garage just doesn't appear on my map.
Makes me sad because this looks like the best mod by far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

May be :catspider: If you don't like the floors, i think you can delete them from the buildings and keep only 1. I am not sure about that, Mlg must confirm it but i think it's possible as it's possible to add more floors.

About game crash Every time have to delete SPG_UserData.sav to beable get into the game





"Run this program as Administrator" seems works, but every 2 time will it still crash again

I've installed lua, scripthookv and scripthookvdotnet and my folders look like yours, but still nothing happens ingame....
