the cars dont save still in beta 0.31 it says cant access path to the spg eclipse tower file but files are in the right place

I'm definitely not claiming to be an expert here, but it almost sounds like UAC.

yeah the new vehicles should be saving in the SPG.

I'm not sure about all of the Mod Shop features, but the new cars themselves (the Stirling GT, Virgo, Osiris, etc) should physically save in the SPG version .31

 

they do for me.

I've got the latest script hook and everything and the cars definitely save.

I'm not sure because i think i had the same problem in the very first beta 01 version and solved it, but try to do the following:

1. Make your GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe run as administrator (right click on files, select properties/compatibility and tick).

2. On the SinglePlayerGarage folder (or better on the scripts folder) right click => properties => security and allow all permissions to what user you are.

I think that will solve the problem.

Also, for 0.4, I'm thinking of adding a feature that will notify you about a new version of the mod. This of course WON'T download and update it automatically, as that would be a huge security flaw.

 

Are you guys ok with that? It only downloads a tiny text file that contains the latest version number, and compares that with the current version you're running.

Crap, how did I not notice they were facing the wrong way ... :S

 

And yeah of course it can be disabled if I do end up adding it. And as for stats, I'll see if I can make it only show when pressing Z just like in online.

 

Edit: Not too sure about rotating the vehicles like they are in Online, because I think it looks a lot nicer when the vehicles are facing the Mod Menu camera.

And yeah of course it can be disabled if I do end up adding it. And as for stats, I'll see if I can make it only show when pressing Z just like in online.

And if you can, make animations of entering garage in future, i know its very difficult, but it will be very cool addition.

 

EDIT: You can set camera in different side of garage. But idk how it looks =I

And make option to disable yellow/red markers. (Or set red marker color to blue and disable yellow marker (like in online))

Yes, it happens sometimes. I told about that some days ago, here and here. It's not that big problem, after you restart the game everything is ok. We wait for mlgthatsme to find the fix.

It DOES sound like the exact same problem I had when using the persistence script (even though you say you're not using it).

Did you check to make sure you only have 1 copy of ScripthookVDotNet and only 1 copy of Sing Player Garage?

Looks pretty damn nice. You mentioned in the description that you have also written the library "to create menus that look like Rockstar themselves made it". Does that mean that we are now able to build menus using original instruments or your library still only tries to visually mimic them? That little thing keeps bothering me.
