M444rk Posted January 10, 2003 Share Posted January 10, 2003 I bought this PS2 magazine about 2 weeks ago, and i watched the DVD and had a look on the "Vice City Secrets" section. It says something like: "Complete the bloodring race event and you will gain access to the illusive PCJ 700" I've beaten every event in the stadium many times, and i cant say i've seen the PCJ 700.
