Obviously if the guy in the Video is doing it right after unlocking Verdant Meadows, then he is doing it before Breaking the Bank at Caligula's. And yeah, this can be done at the start of a NEW Game and at the END of a Game. I personally did it when I was in San Fierro and The Desert. By the time I got to Las Venturas, I had them all already... Doing it during the Riots might be good, as well. Cuz then a Tow Truck barely needs to be used, if at all. You can just bump the Jealous Girlfriend's Vehicle and she should get out and leave the door open. Just get in and drive it to a Garage. Simple... As for collecting the AP GF vehicles, save them for last as you'll need the garagespace for mission-critical vehicles. I only got Millie and Denise active for almost the whole storymode. However, in EotL you have to fail it to get the Feltzer, then. But imo, it's worth getting that one over Millie's AP Pink Feltzer. I have the Feltzer in my Mobile Save cuz I was gathering up the "extras." I have the AP/EC2 Feltzer in my main Save for PS2. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

EC2 is the lowest priority of them all and considering that I use Impounds for proofed Hydras and such theres nowhere to store EC2 vehicles. And Im really into law enforcement vehicles also so I must store SWAT #1,#5,#6,#7,#9 and the clean one. So I'll easily take the SWAT over any feat that's not even visible... Still the same Vehicle model, still the same Vehicle in general... But you certainly will have a lot of Deaths and Missions Failed in your Save, that's for sure... But anyways, I only care for Millie's Club and since she drives the Feltzer, it's useless basically. I like the Special Vehicles from the Story Missions. Its just that someone told me saying that it is really complicated to explain how to get it and you must do it at the start of the game in order to obtain all so that frightened me. lol... Finally got the Phoenix. Took me hundreds of tries to get it. Now my aim is the Turismo... The Hotknife is f*cking useless as it spawns frequently during Vigilante unlike the Phoenix, Turismo, Euros and Bullet. Will dispose of it as all it does is taking up garage space unneccesarily... The only rare vigilante-only vehicle I have now is the engineless NRG-500 which I converted to EP/FP using Gray Imports. And now it TAKES FOREVER to find them. Even the EUROS. It's common sense, really. I save, reload, check. If something disappears, which it usually does NOT, I then reload the previous backup Save. If everything is there, then I make the NEW backup Save. That is BAD and if you do that, sh*t happens...Yes that is what I meant. I did copy it onto my USB Drive AND my Apple Mac computer#####edit##### Finally found what I wanted. But I had a hard time jacking it. When I exited the HPV it kept driving away until I got frustrated and cancelled the mission and shot at the Euros and luckily a Cabbie rammed into the side, forcing the driver out. This time I saved it, quadruple checked that it was inside my garage and backed up the save onto my USB. Now time for the rare-as-hell Phoenix... I intend to post it in the coming days to the Forum. Next I am doing VC for iOS. First a Starter Save and then to finish to 100% with all Special Vehicles like my PS2 Saves are like...
