Peidro Garcia: hes suppost to be dealing weapons and is phill casedy rival.. dont remember him at all. i dont even think he name was even in the game.(could be wrong) Victor Vance:is Lance's brother and is the head of the Vance family crime organation(with 2 members). never heard from or about him, but based on the ending if we ever see Tommy in another GTA i amagine we will hear from him. Alberto Robina: Umbertos father, and quite cafe owner... right and the point of this guy? since Umberto was the one runing things, all alberto was doin was sittin at home reeping the beifits? so y put him on the board as some one in vice? Eugene:it says possiable way to Teal and his other lover. also says hes an interior decarator.. so Leo Teal was gay? maybe this is the guy that calls u after u get leos cell phone.. but that guy doesnt sound very gay? Moweesha: Shes a prostitute and "Involed in bizarre practices with TEAL and a Manatee"...... ? , so now he swings on both sides of the street and ..manatees.. (no comment). never heard from her or heard of her in the game also, yet she made it on the board. Swat: y bother put this on the board? ok so theres bent cops in vice... coulda fooled me. nothing to interesting about this, just wierd. others people that were in the game but played no roll, Pastor Richards, he was on cortez's boat and on the radio.. whoop de freakn do. he could have be in aleast one mission. Congressman Alex Shrub, he was in a mission, yes, but still think he could have played a bigger roll. like doin mission for him or somthing? other people on the board u might question, Mr Black, hes the guy u get the phone booth missions from.(the guy that calls u mister teal) Gorgeio Forrille, is the reason y they sent tommy to vice, casue they wanted to keep a low profile casue hes on trial(if i remeber that right? go ahead and correct me if im wrong) Pierre La Ponce, this is the french guy that sells u the chips in the west point mall that goes bad, for cortez. Did u guys notice any of these people in the game? did they get cut at the last minute? or was rockstar just having fun make up characters? .... whats ur take on this? chargr67 Posted January 10, 2003 Author Share Posted January 10, 2003 ya he's right, i never noticed that casue he talks like a cuban or something... i dont no, his accent doesnt sound right? maybe its me but i just thought he was the swap man, but rosenberg says that there are 2 brothers 1 handles the paper work and the sceen cuts but it sounds like he said the other does the fun stuff and when u roll up he says thats them meaning the brothers and there are only 2 ppl in the chopper. good call , agian sensory i guess i should have paid closer attenion but i guess i was just tripn on the fact that im actully playn a new GTA, when i got it.
