yup + dosn't the main dude in GTA 3 dosn't talk?

Silent but deadly.

I think Vercetti's the best main character. Simply because he didn't let anyone push him around and he had a likeable attitude. CJ just got pushed around a lot and sold out at the end. lol.

The Hawain shirt is in Zero's shop, in San Fierro. There is a vague hint of an outfit like Tommy's, though. check in Victim clothes store and choose blue hawain shirt and put on your blue jeans. now you can be Tommy's fanboy in the game. lol.gif

For me, VC had the realistic story, SA had the funniest/funnest one and GTA3, the awesome and tough one.

And I think Tommy Vercetti is the best of the Protagonists.

Everything that everyone just said, is so true.

Yeah, actually, I have realised he is short, very short.

I suppose by default my favorite is CJ, because the only GTA's I've played are the original, London: 1969, GTA2, and GTASA. I've read throught the storylines of the others though, and from those Cipriani sounds like the best one. Besides that, I'm not sure whether or not CJ is a good character because of his personality, or if it is because of the rest of the game and the things it allows him to do.

Shutttlecock?

well in the 3 gta characters id have to say tommy was my favorite he was so "in your face" but cj is pretty close behind. gta 3 guy was kinda wierd to me. not that i didnt owe the best years of my life to him wink.gif but like my favorite character in the all of san andreas is either tenpenny or ceaser even though tenpennys kinda the badguy i was rooting for him all along samuel jackson played him good. and ceaser is just fricken tight turn.gif

CJ is a pussy cat just like how Catalina treats him.Too compromising and yielding a lot of space to his opponents. Plus he is dictated terms by corrupt cops.

A GTA character is never known by how much of the planet he inherits at the end, but by his overall role and performance throughout the storyline.

For all these reasons ,I do not prefer him.My favourite ,by the way, is Tommy Vercetti.

well whats he gonna do kill some decorated cop? if some crooked cop who prolly wouldnt give a rats a*s if cj lived or died killed another officer and plantd the evidence on cj do you think hes gonna say no?

Exactly. CJ was going to get planted. That would have been the best case scenario, considered they could have easily killed him there and that. It wouldn't have mattered if it was Mute or Tommy.

Anyway, yeah, CJ is the best. Followed by Toni. I didn't really like Tommy. He was dull and repetitive, kinda like watching a Steven Segal movie. But at least he was better than Mute.

Toni is alright but hes kinda odd i didnt really like LCS the story line didnt really appeal to me. and it was a step back from san andreas. but after san andreas a game has alot to live up to.

The question is not the possibility of paying back in the same coin but the manner in which he executes the task. So, sorry, I do not agree with you. bored.gif

My favourite protagonist would be CJ. He fitted well in the game and was pretty funny at times.

Haha. That was pretty funny.

You're welcome biggrin.gif

Is it true that Claude doesn't speak? I'm not being sarcastic, im serious!

It's true. He doesn't speak.

NOT TRUE AT THE END OF GTA 3 he talks. there is a reporter that says there was witness called CLAUDE whatever his last name is i forgot what he said but he talks you don't see claude talking directly because its on da liberty city news rah.gif

CJ is a good GTA protagonist and fits well with San Andreas. But I think he wasn't as tough as he could've been and let some people push him around. My favorite main character would have to be Tommy Vercetti. Victor Vance isn't bad either though. My favorite game is still GTA3 with VCS and San Andreas coming in a close tie for second place.

The witness that spoke wasn't Claude:

Local residents claimed Denver described to police a single gunman that he saw fleeing the scene with a dark haired woman.

CJ and Toni are the best protagonists for me. CJ is a cool gangsta' person and fitted in well with the storyline. Toni, well, the chicken suit looked funny on him. icon14.gif

tommy vercetti, looked cooler in his hawain shirt,

anyone noticed that cj is short?

I'm not sure CJ is short as much as peds in VC and GTA3 are WAY too short. A lot of NPCs in VC and GTA3 look like they can't even see over the steering wheel when they're driving.

The odd thing about the setup of San Andreas is Tenpenny blackmailing CJ by being able to pin the death of a decorated officer on him. Now, I think that doesn't sit well with GTA in general. In these games you can kill dozens of cops, FBI agents and soldiers and get away with it. CJ is portrayed as a nice guy who is forced into bad things, but that flies out the window as you can go on a murderous rampage at will. Another things I was thoroughly unconvinced by was the ending of SA. CJ has made high-level contacts and owns property all around, but he goes for all that "keeping it real" and staying close to his roots crap. For me it feels like the main character is right back to where he started, which is unsatisfying. Now, Tommy Vercetti rising from a vilified ex-convict to the king of Vice City...

That's because his brother Sweet. CJ would rather be running the Casino and running with Madd Dogg if not for Sweet. Sweet is the one person he respects throughout and that's why he tried to come back.
