Name a GTA where the main character doesn't own the world in the end. lol I would have to say Claude is my favorite. GTA3 was my favorite game too. Plus he is dictated terms by corrupt cops. A GTA character is never known by how much of the planet he inherits at the end, but by his overall role and performance throughout the storyline.
