Did Rockstar add any native to enable/control hydraulics on certain cars? I tried to add a flag FLAG_HAS_LOWRIDER_HYDRAULICS in vehicles.meta for my car, but it doesn't work. I also asked Alex blade so I guess I'll get full information.

The bounce height is controlled by the hydraulics you have installed. It is possible that the flag only works when you have the component installed. As regular cars don't have it, it may have to be modded in.

Even with installed hydraulics and added flag my custom car do not react.

Nevermind, I put hydraulics data in <visibleMods> instead of <statMods> in carcols.meta file. Now, it's OK.

@sjaak327: Is there a chance you could make your trainer so it will save objects that are unlocked by the object unlocker? Your trainer can spawn them, but it doesn't save them. I dislike the Map Editor. It is too flaky, and it is VERY difficult to accurately place props. I'm trying to restore the props back to the safe houses but it is tougher than it may seem. Especially with the map editor's annoying camera controls. If I go to edit a current object where I can edit the cords, my camera gets stuck in the sky where I can't see what I am doing. It is much easier with your trainer. The map editor definitely needs improvements for what I am doing.

It would be nice if we could adjust the water height.

 

If you ever played around with the cheat device on GTA LCS on PSP (I'd like to know how to use it on PPSSPP), there was a cheat where you could customize the water height. Wgen it is enabled, the water was at the same height throughout the map. Then you could raise the water up or lower it. This would be fun on GTA V.

Here is the result. You could raise or lower the water to any height, then disable the cheat to return it to normal.

Another feature that the cheat device had was cars drive on walls. This basically made gravity always push your vehicle in the direction that the bottom was facing, rather than towards the ground. It was hard to get cars on the walls, but for bikes it worked well. If the same could be done on GTA V, we could soar up mountains, and drive up the side of buildings in monster trucks and motorcycles.

Edit: Regarding the safe house prop issue, I have excellent news! I have stumbled on the code which is controlling the props in the safe houses! It is in building_controller. I know for sure that this is controlling each scenario.

The code is in building_controller. Since we can't recompile native scripts, we have to settle for .asi, .net, or .lua. I am not sure if this can be done with plugins.

Take this code for example. This is part of a switch statement which shows each instance for Franklin's house in the hills, along with props that are added as the story goes.

Now, I'm sure there is more code to this than that, but this is each scenario. I'm pretty sure there is more investigating that needs to occur, but I'm sure the rest of the puzzle is in building_controller. I recognize this type of statement from my programming classes, but I'm also sure that there is more to it.

 

Hopefully, this will help getting the safe house cases to run with the Online map, thus returning the missing props. I believe that these cases are designed to not be run when the Online map is active, as GTA Online has different cases for the safe houses, which basically lock them up and only spawn props that are visible through the windows.

I have been lurking thru the trainer options but I couldnt find a way save ur car. I mean keep it active without worrying about losing it.

I know theres an option to save\load cars but I think it would be cool if i can just save/unsave cars the way we did in GTAIV.

 

And also, is it possible to bring the sit down/stand up feature from IV? While it might sound pointless, I used it quite often, and im sure a lot of people too!

Sit down can't be done because GTA V no longer has the needed native codes to allow it... Also the Save car is in the Vehicle options menu with a what looks like a minor typo reading "Saved car" further more to make any car you spwan stay put you can also enable blips for vehicles so the game doesn't delete any of them or to quote the man himself

I had the same issue.

Start GTAV as admin.

I don't think it's an administrator problem , my game isn't on C drive , the cars are saved that's not the problem

 

I'll try to explain my problem ( sorry for my english i'm french ) , i'll keep the Ferrari 458 italia as exemple :

 

*the car spawns in game by the name of "italia458" , but the game recognize it as a turismo because there no gxt2 edited

 

*i can save the car but if i spawn it again with the save/load menu it spawns a turismo

 

So i saw the "added cars" menu in the car spawning menu and thought i could add cars by "real name " here

 

Like @_CP_ told me i'll look in the .ini , and i'll try to change ModelName1 by real name , this way maybe : ModelName1 = 458italia

I went into the Bodyguard menu and managed to select a couple, had to select a model - then get that model to spawn...rinse and repeat.

 

I set a bodyguard vehicle too and requested it followed me.

 

So why did the bodyguards get in my vehicle and why didn't the bodyguard vehicle spawn?

 

Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible to add a save option for model spawning?

 

Like, if you make a model, you choose one and you put up the clothes and everything. But instead of just saving the outfit, you can save the entire model so you don't have to scroll through every single model everytime you want it and then enter the clothes menu to get the outfit.

 

I know, this is just for convenience and nothing more, but I thought I could at least ask.

@BunnyPig: I use Enhanced Native Trainer for character modification and saving, and Simple Native Trainer for everything else. They go great together :)

You must first enable "Vehicle Speed Boost".

 

Open Trainer menus

Select "Vehicle Options"

Select "Vehicle Options Menu 2"

Vehicle Speed Boost Enable

 

Get in car and start driving. The shortcuts will then work:

Vehicle Speedup - Num 9

Vehicle Immediate Stop - Num 3

in the older version of this trainer we had the option to change the model car names.. it had the name of the car and then i would usually add -bmw M4 next to it or what ever that car replaces.. on this one their is no list...

hello, im new to this forum. I have a question. i own the retail (dvd) version of gta v and would like to start modding it with enb and trainers but i don't want to get banned. I only want to mod the single player part of game. how can I do this? I tried doing the reloaded way on a different partition but game has key binding alert and won't start coz of it. in particular I would like to get Bennys workshop mod for single player working. so will I get banned if I mod the single player part of gta v? any help is much appreciated. thanks

I have a problem wit the multiplayer map. When switched to this, there are items missing in Franklin's and Micheal's house (don't know about Trevor's trailer because I haven't been there). In Micheal's home there is no bed anymore and other decorative items are also missing. At Franklin's the wine bottle and glass are gone, also the bong, the computer and the whole couch table is empty.

Am I the only one with this issue or is this normal? If normal, has anyone made a mod which fixes this? I'd like to have Benny's garage AND all the interiors which are missing now.

That'a a "normal" behaviour of the game, we can't do anytjing yet to prevent this.

*sigh* Okay then. If it were only that but I tried again today and I found that some buildings are totally blurry (just rendered with the far distance textures). Maybe that's my graphics settings though. My card has only 1GB.

A little help would be appreciated but I can't seem to change the dashboard color or trim color on the inside of low riders in Benny's custom menu. Is this a glitch or what? It just stays on black and keys 6 and 4 don't do anything.

 

Edit: Never mind, I see they don't work on Five M since it's not totally updated.
