In any case, 1.6 has been released, and I am pretty happy with it, as it marks the return of proper object spawning.

Alas there is still something odd with real time. Here is what I did: I synced to real world time, then switched to real time and went back one hour so the in-game sun position roughly matches the real world situation where I live (I know I'm weird). At the time it got 6PM in real world the clock in game jumped to 7PM but it should have been 5PM instead. I hope this is not too confusing. :D

It's no big deal though. I just wanted to give you that information. :)

Well, I was thinking of simply disabling set time when you have real time duration switched on. I need to do some stuff to make this work, changing the clock like that creates problems.

You can set the bodyguards to follow you in a car. how do i do this? iv tried and enabled it and drove of on my bodyguards but they dont get in a car and follow me

Thanks Sjaak for another successful and useful update! Also thanks to all who helps with their work to make this trainer better and better!

This time i didn't put the new .ini, i followed your suggestion and added in my existing .ini only the new keybinds and options. It's working fantastic and took me only 10 seconds!

 

Query: I don't know the history of "Lower Vehicle" option but can it be also + rather than only - for the off-roads?

 

Next question is on the road. Guess...

Lower vehicle, is lower, not higher up. However, you CAN change it in the ini to a positive value, it does have a significant effect on handling, like constant oversteer.

Disabling set time while real time is on wouldn't be good as I like to do exactly that quite often. Just put that issue way down on your todo list. That's nothing really important imo. Better leave it the way it currently is than disabling an important (to me) feature for the sake of fixing this. BTW I experienced it the second time in a row now that (when real time is on) with each full hour the time gets set to the default startup time but that's just for you notes. :)

I am really thankful for this mod. Couldn't do without it. :)

Thanks for this incredible trainer, and the constant updates.

 

Thanks also for having the patience to read through all these posts and requests (plus the occasional dumb ones). I guess this has become the de facto "mod request" thread, but that is just a testament to how good your trainer is

 

My question is about animations: a lot of animation sets have separate animations for props and for the camera as well. I know you have combined a good deal of the prop animations for the "scenario" menu but will it be possible some day for us to make our own for all the ones that are not yet included in that menu? Would it also be possible for people to mix and match these animations with different props?

@sjaak327: any plans to enhance the customization on the free mode character models, in terms of textures? By that, I mean:

-Skin color

-Shirt logos

-Eye brows

-Facial hair

-Facial qualities

-Chest hair

-Tattoos

-Eye color

-Face paint

-Makeup

Ah, that did the trick. However, there's another issue: When I change the menu keys to arrow keys, it scrolls left and right many at a time (e.g. I'll hit "right" on the head selector and jump from head #1 to head #5 for Michael). I noticed this back in 1.0, but it's gotten worse since then.

Disabling controller support might help in this. Arrow keys do the exact same thing as num4/num6 so with controller support on and keys redefined to arrow keys, you are scrolling left and right twice.

Okay, sorry I haven't seen it. Another thing, could you please place the option "wrap player into vehicle" at the beginning of the vehicle spawning menu? So you could directly and even faster set this option on or off before you choose the vehicle.

@sjaak327, after my last post this morning I'm almost afraid to post this one. The option "spawn vehicle by model name" in this trainer is not exactly what I have ment in my first post today. In GTA IV there was an alphabetical list to choose the vehicle. Such an extra list would be nice in the GTA V trainer for those who find the right vehicle easier in this way instead of searching by the different genres or entering the model name. :)

Awww yeaaaaa. Thank you so much for Object features. Can't wait to get some stunt parks made. Before saving was possibly it wasn't really worth putting time into building if you couldn't save it...but now... :D Thanks again, look forward to updates.

Okay this is comprehensible, of course. Instead of the alphabetical list could you add some options of the object spawn menu to the vehicle spawn menu? For example a similar clone function for a quick respawn of the last spawned vehicle. And with a suitable keybind this could be a useful option I think. What do you think?

So I came across a compatibility issue. The 1.6 update does not work Scripthook v1.0.372.2, which is compatible with latest RagePluginHook release. Version 1.6 does work with ScriptHook v1.0.372.2a however it's not compatible with RagePluginHook, so I cannot use the latest simple trainer. The previous version 1.5 works fine. :facedesk:

That is highly unlikely, anything over 1.3 was compiled against the latest scripthookv.dll, and thus specifically needs it.

 

I am guessing that some of this stuff might be auto resolved by the upcoming update. As in nothing will work unless updated.

 

I am using new functionality in the scripthook starting with 1.4 trainer, so not going back to previous scripthook.

Sorry for the offtopic but it started here in this topic a few days ago and i need to say in public a big THANK YOU to Cheepnis!

Thanks to him, his momentum,his detailed info and his care, i was able to start using the OpenIV program and i already installed my first 2 mods safely and without any problem. My GTA is now so much better!

this trainer by Mr sjaak327 is amazing and is also expanding rapidlly especially the teleport cutscene locations etc
some of these locations also need additional coding to be loaded like north yankton etc

so with that in mind i was wondering about the mission Did Somebody Say Yoga? when michael gets abducted by a UFO

QUESTION ?

is this pic below a scene that is loadable like north yankton or just a video clip

what i do find most interesting is that when i frapsed screen shot 1 it displays the cordanace and it also suggest that
x is minus
Y is minus

screen shot 2 still displays Y as being minus but now y has cahnged


hence can this be reloaded and used as a mod for a UFO ?
