I found one on PS3 the other day. I had no interest in trying to save it, but I'm amazed you can drop in/out of a job marker and a non-PV car will stay spawned.

 

FWIW: You can find the hardtop Zion in the same way. I consider this particularly notable because the hardtop Zion has always been extremely rare on PS3 in my experience. I still have the first one I ever found which was on PS4, only about 3-4 months ago. As well as being used as a target vehicle, I've also noticed it appearing a lot as a parked vehicle during Heist missions. As a result (I'm guessing), it's certainly more common now in free mode on PS3. I can't stress how rare it was before - I would even regard it as more elusive than the Tailgater because I actually know where to find that.

I was trying to keep a Daemon from a mission and the thing kept despawning.

The destroy cars are normally the neat-looking cars. Sometimes, they should be storable.

 

I spent 5 minutes trying to store the buffalo to no avail, then I got pissed and blew it up. Now I know you can store it anyway. Time to get myself a new street car.

I've been driving the car into the circle, getting out, and quitting the mission. Pretty much the same thing you've been doing.

 

How does the spawning work because normally I can never find the car after doing the glitch.

Yes you can get a Buffalo S for free off the streets.

 

When the red car icon pops up on your screen and your suppose to go destroy it, check to see if it's a black Buffalo S before you destroy it.

 

If so, steal it and pull into one of the blue job circles/triggers on the map.

(works best if the job trigger is near the road)

Get out of the car and you'll get put into a job. Once the job screen pops up quit the job and you'll spawn back online walking away from the job circle. Now slowly pan the camera around and the Buffalo S will be parked near by on the street. It will no longer have a red car icon on the map and is now free to sell($9600) or pull it into LSC or your garage to make it your own.

 

While it has the red car icon on the map you can't do anything with it. No pulling it into your garage or LSC but once you do the above and the red car icon is gone it's free to do with as you choose.

 

Also,it doesn't matter if you have a PV already out of your garage or not. Both times I've done it I have had a PV out of my garage and it spawned near by when I quit the job along with the Buffalo S.

No, the Buffalo S spawns as Smuggler Car in last gen as well.

 

I wish there was an Armored Buffalo S. Its pretty much perfect, it already weighs a ton (At least in Story Mode), and has decently good performance for its class.

I've been driving the car into the circle, getting out and quitting the mission. Pretty much the same thing you've been doing.

 

How does the spawning work because normally I can never find the car after doing the glitch.

 

 

Try doing it without having a PV on the map, if you have one out there is a risk the game will despawn the target vehicle

car and replace it with your PV, that was how I overcame this problem before.

I wonder how fast this will be patched.Be sure, there are sirens blaring and lights flashing at Rockstar HQ already.

update since then and its still working, it's also not that common a spawn as Destroy TV.

 

Also worth remembering they still have not patched Merryweather Mesa's from the mercs and that;'s been

around for a long time now.
