Dr.Rosenthal Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 personally, I bought the apartment on alta street mainly because of the view (from apt. 57 you see the lit-up bridge/the port, vespucci and downtown los santos + the sea which is nice during the day as well as the nighttime. it's also easy for me to get from there to my garage on murietta heights, takes max 15 seconds on my hakuchou since there's a straight road. as others have said, the easy access (wide street), having stores of all kinds closeby, and being in the center of the city are other perks.. I also like that if I'm chased, there are lots of choices on how to get home, i.e. if you're chased you can drive through the parking lot, the construction site or any other of all the small shortcuts and alleys that are in the area. great for getting rid of people chasing you. a great place, all in all! JuanG12 Posted May 31, 2015 Share Posted May 31, 2015 I wanted an Integrity Way Apt. but got them (Alta St. & Integrity Way) confused and ended up buying Alta St. Apt. 57. I wasn't a fan of it at first, still not 100% on it. I hate its view, the location isn't so bad after all and it's calm, so that's a plus. I pretty much just use it for the garage, since I bought it about two weeks ago, I've been in it twice, when I bought it and earlier after reading a few posts in this thread. I have Richards Majestic Apt. 51 & Tinsel Towers Apt. 29 (where I spawn) and everything is so close, but it's hell when I walk outside, especially Tinsel Towers. No - I believe Alta St #57 one of best high end locations even better than Del Perro. I have looked at many other locations of high end apartments and not happy they close to mayhem. If you go to freemode from a mission like Blowup, you spawn near the dealership and Alta #57 not far away. Sometimes I will start a mission from Alta#57 to do blowup and go to helipad which is near. Then after blowing up cars with buzzard mess around at my S Shambles Stret garage stealing gang cars to fill it up then go to dealership and collect about 18 k. easy money. Occasionally my SS st garage is full (of stolen modded gang cars) and a $13K car is in scrap yard and I can take it to alta st locn garage which is not far from the dealership to collect my money. I have even considered trading in Alta St #57 for ten car garage near airport but it would leave me without high end apt as I have house in PB which is strategic keeper location. I used to own the Airport garage near the LSC it was great location to have, fun place to shoot down planes with HSM. Would be my 4th property if they went to one and fit really well with my car theft business. Sometimes some high sales car spawn near there and recently saw video on how you can get them when running a mission called Denial of Service but it seems RS does not have that mission on the menue anymore. At one time had So Side strategy - Del Perro high end apartment, Garage near LSC (love this place), and South Shambles Ten Car garage. But too much activity near Del Perro Apartment and the Alta St #57 closer to the 2 other two locations. Key Strategy was car sales location (away from mayhem) and ease of transferring cars between locations, plus close to high $$ car spawn areas. I don't care for the newer $500 K high end interiors, like interior in cheaper high end ones better plus window view from bedroom. The view from Atla Street 57 awesome. Looked at Weasel location once - hated it, too close to warzone, hated driveway - looks like campers could sit there waiting for you.
