Vincent10z
Does anyone have the same issues? I have the mod folder in Rockstar Games\mods and I have the files update (folder) common.rpf x64e.rpf x64w.rpf I have modded the skins of the policed cars and the handling.meta in the update.rpf file in the folder (update) and the file x64e.rpf when I load the game none of these mods are applied and I have a basic vanilla GTA V game because it is not loading the files from my mods folder.. I dont know what vehicles you are trying to edit the handling of but chances are your not editing the correct handling file.
