No Way to Adjust Background Music?

Turning off is the only solution. The loud music gets on my nerves at times. Rockstar needs to do something about the noise tracks.

I would like to permanently remove radio Los santos from my game though as it's mostly dogsh*t

I believe so. I've asked them multiple times to give a seperate option for this ambient music.

Sadly true, they really dropped the ball with it. And the other rap station's not a whole lot better.

It's as if it's made for children that need music to tell them how they should feel about what's happening in the game.

 

The only time it would be appropriate is before a simeon mission, because it fits the mood: dreadful.

Sadly true, they really dropped the ball with it. And the other rap station's not a whole lot better.Still D.R.E., Gin and Juice, Mind Playing Tricks on Me....I'd say it's significantly better for those 3 alone.

 

H.C.'s post reminded me of playing Tony Hawk...3? and turning off pretty much all the songs but Ace of Spades. An option like that would be a godsend.

Progress: I used to be able to disable/set default radio stations, or stream music from my NAS, playing GTAIV on my 360. Neither is possible on GTAV on the One.

 

Every few months I turn the music volume back up, for about a day.

I agree with you that we should be able to turn it off but just not with the way you express it which is a bit ignorant
