Youtubers Circumventing Rockstar's Copyright Policy

On Youtube, I've seen money glitch Youtubers using their own toy cars and figures to demonstrate the glitch. They are doing this to avoid Rockstar terminating their channels for using GTA footage.

 

Do you think this will work? Do you think Rockstar can still take down their videos?

Do I think that a billion dollar corporation with an army of lawyers can still get the videos taken down? I think the chances are about as high as someone on the forum criticising the next picture you post of one of your cars LOL.

Online gameplay isn't rated and no body is putting story mode on YouTube so rockstar can chill jus jealous what we can do with there game and we can all record our own gameplay. It's a feature built into the Xbox too bad

I never got why people care what these youtubers do? i mean ill be honest the only reason i have even heard about half of these guys is due to the butthurt ragers who seem to be on their ass like stink on a monkey.

 

Granted full disclosure that one video of the guy saying his buddy was princess Jasmine did make me literally lol for some reason, it was the "hit her up on twitter" i think

Meanwhile, I like the passion of the Youtubers. No matter if they're only looking for views, they're finding another way to do their presentation, which to use toys and random digital images. lol.

Bah, in the end it's view-whoring on the part of the YT'ers, but they play the victim at the same time. Glitches exist, people share them, but to try being so underhanded in the approach is pretty laughable, and in the end it's not for the good of the community that they are doing it, it's for the good of their (real) wallet.

 

Someone duping their Panto bazillions of times doesn't bother me in the slightest, but when it leaks all over the game and creates a culture that not only accepts it but actively promotes it while beating those who oppose into submission, then it irks me somewhat.
