in the last update we got the vtol jet with explosive cannons and the RPG resistant truck with a ohk machine gun. before that we got the zentorno and other vehicles that made base game ones mostly obsolite.

so, what's next?

rockstar needs to give people a reason to buy them.

will they add something better than the hydra or faster than the current top 3 supers?

Anyway, to see people make use of water more, I want to see an attack boat like a Frigate or something (think a Destroyer would be too large), giving it extremely long ranged weapons, but they can only be controlled by passengers like the Valkyrie.

 

In fact, involving a heist where you have to steal said ship, or something on board the ship, would be good. This could be a way of introducing the Jet Pack.

sure i love my zentorno because its practical in freeroam wars and missions(i also love it for the looks) and i bought all of those armored vehicles.

 

but yea, here is a reason why i have 3 garages stuffed with vehicles, and sh*t like a bersa and other stuff.

 

 

 

personaly i woud pay atleast 400 k ingame for the next things:

 

-convertible super car

-4 door super car/sport car that destroys the sultan and actualy looks good(i still prefer my felon 4 door because the faster 4 doors are pretty ugly/boring

-a cool looking quad bike

-a 3 seater old school bike

-a bodhi that climbs better and has millitary cammo liveries

-a bike thats slightly faster then the bati 801

-a goddamn bike i can mod out that has the speed of the sanchez or a bit less

-car based on the ferrari f40(performance between that of the vacca and the infernus)

-a plane thats a so called stealth recoinasance plane;...no f*cking guns and sh*t on it, but just being able to fly off the radar with it and not bothered by rockets locking in on me

I was completely unaware COD was the only military game in all of existance.

 

OT:

-Another quad, one that pops wheelies preferably.

- The Turismo from San andreas(Ferrari f40), or even the 360 modena from gta 4 would be decent.

-That idea about the boats too. Kinda like the ones on BF4, where theres multiple 50 cals facing different directions.

-A 44. modeled after the smith and Wesson 500

-An obey modeled after the RS7 or RS5.

-The RC Baron

Like gaffa said, i wanna see an armed ship. I think that auto sam missiles should be included as well as the tank's cannon. Should take twenty rockets to kill and be of little consequence to those on the mainland. They're should also be an atmed sub. Two torpedoes take out a ship and it should have the technical gun to use when surfaced

Shhhh don't give them any ideas, it's nice to have a game that vacuums in all the most annoying players (even though they find their way to Los Santos quite easily). COD is like the bad sport lobby of the military gaming world, let there be a bottom of the barrel to spare other awesome games from being sullied by it's player base.

 

As for the topic...

I think it's plausible to have military gear since there's a military base but the police / military response to using military gear should be escalated more than what a current 5 star response is. The police should call in more assets depending on the assets we're causing chaos in imo, not just continue to plow our indestructible vehicles with their crappy patrol cars and helos. Again, all just imo.

f*ck the zentorno, i dont care if my cars are slower. most people who drive supercars crash them at every f*cking turn, while i show up with MAYBE a busted head/tail light.

 

but to answer OPs question - YES. R* will keep adding overpowered vehicles and weapons into the game in order to turn freeroam into a 64x64 mile rape dungeon in order to coerce people into buying cash cards to fund their freeroam excursions.

Yeah, for long ranged cannon(s) I was thinking of having the same sort of manual zoomable camera system that's on the Valkyrie and Buzzard, but give the cannon(s) at least twice the power of the Valkyrie's cannon, and at least 4 x the range. Auto SAMs could work - but I think two or three full gun runs from Lazer or Hydra should be enough.

 

And to the people saying no to Military equipment - you forget that all of the Grand Theft Auto 3D series have had these available of some kind. As each generation of game has come along, the equipment has always increased, with the exception of GTA IV. (GTA3: Rhino; Vice City: Rhino & Hunter; San Andreas: Rhino, Hunter, Hydra & Cargobob, etc). Honestly I'd like to see an AC-130 considering we already have a Titan. Having a purchasable unarmed one for free roam is almost pointless
