theGOVERNOR Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 New mysterious image in Lester's house Before GTA V was released i was wondering if R* would ever elaborate on the bigfoot mystery in San Andreas and/or if they would create a new mystery. So when the game finally came out and the UFO's were discovered i was like "that's it". However after finding that they have no major significance in the game (atleast for now) i began to doubt that this was it and instead was a red herring for us all. Just to rewind, when San Andreas was the current GTA people found the mysterious picture of Bigfoot in CJ's house of which began a massive hunt by the community to find the creature. Now i don't think R* planned for this mystery to kick off the way it did and i believe that the image was just originally made by a developer as a joke. As such no creature was found and soon we all forgot about it. However R* did acknowledge it in Red Dead Redemption and GTA V as side quests ect. Now if i was R* i would love this kind of un expected mystery. Not only because it was fun but it also gave people who had 100% completed the game another reason to keep playing it. So when remaking GTA san andreas would you not include something similar in the game right? So anyway i've been looking around and tbh there's so many easter eggs in this game that it's hard to separate them and suss out what belongs where. So i went into Lester's house and as we all know, the place is plastered with references on all the walls. This can be overwhelming especially when you see the 8 bit jetpack image - it's very easy to lose track on whatever you were doing. So i was thinking - this is the best place in the game to hide an easter egg as its so crammed full of easter egg related stuff that its quite easy to disregard things without thinking. The image below is the picture that stands out to me most in Lesters house for a few reasons : It's probably the most hidden picture in the house (located by the front door and not somewhere you would naturally look) This seems to be in some sort of deep cave. With a water fall which suggests you can access it via swimming somewhere Because it's just too random and does quite fit with everything else in the house Because in the top right in the image it looks like there's some sort of tunnel with lights. Which is incredibly out of place for the type of image. Because there seems to be some special entrance in the photo (the entrance with the lava colour in it) Because it would be typical R* mind f*cking (hence the finger salute) Anyway have a look and let me know what you think. You might say that this is just clutching at straws or whatever but i think we've got to that point now in GTA V and the game has been out so long now that mystery hunters should not disregard such elaborate theories. theGOVERNOR Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
