Helicopters and Boats not showing up or being stored at my helipad and

Someone on another site said they could not get helicopters and boats to save in their helipad and dock, so I decided to test this out myself, and I am getting the same problem.

 

I cannot store anything in the helipad or boat dock that I bought, and the helicopter and boat that I bought through the internet never arrived. I never got a confirmation message and when I go to my helipad and dock, I don't get any prompt to retrieve them.

 

Is this a known glitch? Is there any way to fix this?

Apparently there are problems with Franlin for this if you're using him, apart from that I couldn't say there's a solution at the moment I know of.
