GTA Online: Complaining about the Female Model

They could always allow players to modify their height, width, etc, so they could be the same size whether they're male or female. Personally, I don't care about the shooter stuff in the game, so it wouldn't bother me to have my male character taller than my female character.

 

Plus, it would be funny seeing all the short freeroam warriors battling online like a pack of angry elves.

Go to the pier and there is a sign next to the rollercoaster. The sign says you must be 48 inches. Stand next to it and your character is barely taller than it

I'm perfectly happy with the male creator. Clothes are extremely limited, though. I suppose the females shouldn't look so stretched to fit the height of the males. I'm pretty sure they were a little shorter in GTA IV's MP.

I don't really mind most of the character creator's shortcomings, but...yeah, breasts that size don't rest on a stomach of a 23 year old. That was a weird decision.

it's why I love Mass Effect and Skyrim. I can make badass characters. I can go and really make everything as awesome as I want.

 

I was lucky I could change my character appearance on moving to CG...my char looks loads better...

Kinda agree. The body is very post-menapausal, with its saggy yet protruding breasts, the bot belly appearance with the back rolls Urgh. I get that they may have wanted to go for your average female, but really?

 

It's a video game that's in the way of exaggeration of everything. Why not make the female look like athletic super models? It's sure less of an eyesore. But yeah, the saggy lesbo boobs is quiet distracting, and it's even worse when you wear heavy clothing/armour lol. Hell, I would've traded for porn star tits, and I don't even like big boobs. Would have been far more attractive.

 

I would've likes to have seen some limping animations for when you get below 50% health. Not where you move slower, but maybe just a small stagger whilst holding your stomach. Would've been immersive and a nice touch of realism (in the right way).

 

Then again, I'm starting to not care as much because online gets boring after a while. It's fun, and there's a fair amount to do but it based on a lot of gimmicks rather then depth.

With more female customization, the irony would be that the majority of female characters will probably end up looking the same - huge breasts and hips, pouty lips and slutty clothing.

 

I'd like more customization too but I also agree with points raised about people using exploits... I can imagine plenty of scrubs making their characters as short and thin as possible to reduce their hitboxes. Same old story - if we're given nice things, people will always find ways to screw it up for everyone.

The PS4 has 3 (or more) different walking styles in the Interaction Menu.

 

I assume Xbone and PC does, too.

 

Again, not bitching about what I had on PS3, but they really pushed the limits of what the console could do.

I don't care about this so much, what I care about is the clothing... Why it has to be so awfull? Everything is so short and male clothing is so much better.

We got short closed hoodies, horrible t-shirts, the other shirts look huge, sport tops are ugly and same for tank tops. Oh and R* can you please tell me why do the black skinny jeans, something so basic and normal, have those HORRIBLE pink logos on the back? Those are the only jeans with logos and it has to be the black ones?

Luckly the DLC clothing is getting better and you can combine some of that stuff with old stuff (like off shoulder tops and jackets)

Literally my chars cam bikini is the worst Ive made. I'd just like my char to not have saggy granny tits. Is that so bad?

I have no problem whatsoever with the walking animations. I think they did a great job considering that they could have said "f*ck it" and focused on something else. The only issue I have with the female model is the cut scenes when they're walking to their cars, talking to Medrazo, etc., They have this horrible butch walk. I can tell someone missed the cut scenes when they programmed the female walking style.

I just made myself a female character a week ago and would have been much better if she wasn't as tall as the male characters especially since putting on heels you taller, id say make it when wearing heels height matches the male characters and shorter normally.

Breasts could use slider values for size and height/sag, more uniqueness is always good.

 

Would have been able to get my character closer to how i envisioned if this was the case.

On the original poll question, im not too sure about the contextual bust sizes, but then I cant picture it.

More walk styles are always good though, the more ways to be unique the better.

I still don't see the big deal. If you care that much about combat, then make your character with combat in mind. If you care more about looks, then same story. I face the same dilemma with putting spoilers on my cars. They add traction, but I don't usually like the looks. Oh well, just have to chose.

 

Maybe R* will open up more character slots someday, so you could always make different characters for different things.

Based on clothing choice, no. It's a bit ridiculous to expect your tits to magically grow larger or shrink smaller just because you changed your top.

 

But I believe that we live in a day and age where we can be at least a little mature about video games, right? Especially for GTA? Just having a slider bar for breast size like in Saints Row would be a good idea, as long as it's kept within reason. You can't expect everyone to be a hot babe, maybe... but why couldn't we get the option? Why not be able to choose height? Weight? Boob size too?

 

Character customization should be more diverse is all, even if you're going to keep the boundaries reasonable. Instead, everyone gets the same body with the same height and the same weight and the same hips and the same tits. It's kind of disappointing.

Women's breasts do change sizes depending on the type of clothing they wear, though. I'm under the impression that you think that if a woman were to change from a regular bra, designed for lift, to a sports bra, designed to secure and compact, then there would be no change in visible bust size. With this in mind, it is true that if a woman were to put on body armor, regardless of how big her boobs are, they would squish atleast a little bit, not conform to their shape and position as though they have bone structure and muscle tissue.

 

OR, you could be saying literally having your boobs shrink and grow depending on clothing type, and that's not what I'm trying to communicate. Ultimately, a slider bar to determine breast size would have been really nice and a basic thing that pretty much all character customizers from previous generations of consoles have.

I didn't even want to mention how terrible the face customizer is because I knew how long of a tangent that would send me on.

I would have seriously preferred only 3 different faces to choose from as opposed to spending an hour trying to make my character not look like she's always looking for the next fix and then periodically calls her ex boyfriend on the phone and screams at him until he hangs up, recommending she go to inpatient, and then ultimately failing.

Seriously, whom ever decided that choosing your parents was a good idea as a character customizer needs to get their head out of their ass and have a real talk with their programmers.
