GTA Online: Complaining about the Female Model

  1. 1. Would you prefer contextual bustiness based on clothing choice?

    • Yea, I guess I would.
    • No, it shouldn't even bother you that much.
  2. 2. Would you like more distinct walking styles?

    • Yea, they all look the same.
    • No, I think they're fine as they are.

There's only a few things that bother me about the female player character models in GTA Online.
Breasts are mushy and made mostly of liquid and liquid-based compounds, and to an extent, fit into a container they're placed in. This doesn't seem to be the case in GTA Online. I just want to wear body armor, or a heavy jacket, and not have my character's boobs need to be so prominant. Realistically, they should be secured if you're going to do a lot of running and gunning.
But yes, some people like to run around murdering citizens, players, and police in swim suits where it would make sense for their character's boobs to be way out there and that's fine.

The next thing I have an issue with, and this applies to the male character model aswell, is the lack of actual variation and style in the 'walk style' setting. If I just wreck my character's motorcycle because someone pulled out in front of me, and then I chase that person down, throw him out of his car, and stab him on the ground 6 times, I don't want to walk back to my motorcycle like I just got out of JC Penny with a new pair of high heels. In GTA Online, you are a cold blooded killer and you ought to be able to walk like one reguardless of gender, is all I'm saying.

So, has anyone heard anything about Rockstar addressing this stuff I'm complaining about?

Dangerous and sad

Anyways might as well contribute To this topic. Yea I agree the woman look ugly as f*ck.'everyones like a dam clone of each other, but I wouldn't really care since he won't really affect me since I don't have a female character

Why are you complaining about a bunch of pixels???

Why did Rockstar give us a character creator? All the character should just he the same model with the same clothes for everone then. Its just pixels right?

I'd welcome different walking styles but I'm not bothered by boobs protruding under heavy armor.

If anything, I'd like to have different body styles. Everyone looks the same in GTAO. I'd be fun playing as those huge-assed black NPC ladies.

I know there are tall women, but every female character (and male) in Online being around six feet tall...?

I fail to see the problem here. It's just pixels in a game.

It's too bad we can't adjust the model or pick a different one or something. The creator is nice that we can make our faces look different, but being six feet tall, having broad shoulders, saggy granny boobs, wrinkly bodies and a very visible rib cage... all of that sorta counters that.

I have to agree with this as our created characters look pretty ugly compared to the NPC's in this game.

If female characters were smaller, they would have a smaller hitbox aswell. Tactical advantages.

women had small frames in max payne 3 and had smaller hit frames which led to loads of people using chicks for fighting advantages

The breasts are terrible so I wear a hoodie & visible armor to get them outta my sight.

NPC women would be better. In fact, include males. Just let us choose. They dress better and wear clothes players can't, like knee high boots with jeans.

If I chose an NPC male character, it would be a construction worker :p

You can change your walking style on the action menu, I think they have 5 choices .. this is pretty decent considering it is irrelevant .. but does help

Based on clothing choice, no. It's a bit ridiculous to expect your tits to magically grow larger or shrink smaller just because you changed your top.

But I believe that we live in a day and age where we can be at least a little mature about video games, right? Especially for GTA? Just having a slider bar for breast size like in Saints Row would be a good idea, as long as it's kept within reason. You can't expect everyone to be a hot babe, maybe... but why couldn't we get the option? Why not be able to choose height? Weight? Boob size too?

Character customization should be more diverse is all, even if you're going to keep the boundaries reasonable. Instead, everyone gets the same body with the same height and the same weight and the same hips and the same tits. It's kind of disappointing.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The improved character creator is nice and all, but it's still so limited. Other games like the Saints Row series and APB: Reloaded have much better character creators. I don't understand why Rockstar didn't do something similar. :I

ah seriously, what people actualy want is just females walking like they do the catwalk and more boobs.

though even i have my questions to why we dont get more nude in a game like this, after all its a crime game.

just make the dancers go full nude, stop letting the things with hookers being so sencored......and overall f*ck the parent stuff in the character selection and let us go full out with everything.

the walking styles, im not realy bothered with

I hate the faces of the characters. No matter what, everyone has this creepy plastic mannequin looking face. And most of the males look like teens.

Character creation was highly on demand, for something that players would regret later on.

I would've just went with default character models pre-made for the players to choose what they wanted to be, either being permanent or temporarily adjusted (like GTA IV).

I'd much prefer to see a San Andreas style body-mass system. I wish they would open up the gyms around the state so that we can beef our characters up if we want to...equally I'd like to see Cluckin' Bell/Burger Shot stores opened up so that we can bulk our characters out if we want. It's frustrating that this iconic gameplay element seems to have been abandoned by R*...especially when the NPC's come in all different shapes and sizes!

san-andreas-cj.jpg

CJ's weight used to go up and down like a prostitutes panties! ..but, a decade later, we are stuck with skinny little twiglet characters :( ..I'd have hoped that this feature would have been enhanced and refined by now - not abandoned!

I wouldn't care too much about contextual bust because it doesn't matter to me that much.

OP you mentioned breasts sticking out from Heavy Armor. Last time I checked, the extra padding is for protection from getting shot in the chest rather than for cosmetic purposes. For walking styles, I guess more unique ones would be okay, though it's not a huge concern to me. Either way, bullets still fly my way.
