How could I know if my files are approved/accepted?

I have alots of mods,my mods are up to 7 with CLEO Scripts,CLEO missions. But I have a question.

Once I know that if I upload my files at GTAGarage for my mods,they need to approve it before it becomes online. So I decided to upload all my files at sendspace.com and then give the link at the description so that it can be download for now. Then I stopped uploading my files and give the link to the description 'cause all the staffs won't accept if there are a download link in a mod. I decided that 'cause if the mod have no files,it won't become popular. Then I saw,all the mods in GTAGarage which have files are popular. Then here's my questions:

 

1. How could I know if the files were accepted?

I want to know if the files were accepted or not? So that I'll know if they accepted my files.

 

2. Why are the staffs in GTAGarage are too lingering to accept the files?

 

I'm being confused. They're too lingering to accept the files. I want to fetch some reasons,why?

 

3. Are there any way to make my files in GTAGarage accepted?

 

I really need to accept my files quickly in GTAGarage,so it'll become popular! . Are there any way?
