Let me be clear. This piece of writing was writing in light humour in mind. It's not flaming. It's not raging, it's not even serious. But the points in it are that of a player of this game and as such, should be considered and there should be *NO* opinion-ism here. (I made up a word, don't hate someone's opinion. I'd love to hear yours too. no cuss words please, I'm trying to be a better person this month)
I'm one of those guys that will give you both the good...
And the bad with your game.
I don't care if you're a big developer with a reputation for buying and killing games.
Or a small one who's just started.
I will be bad. It will be MEAN. It will be Criticism mayhem. It's my job. (It really is)
So try to wolf down as much as you can, this is gonna be info overload.

Sadly, I can give very little "good" feedback because the game is a complete fraud of APB reloaded.
Except you can't be a police officer. (woah, big differences. *slow clap)

Let's begin then:

A few bugs I've found that have proven stressing.

My Bravado Gauntlet should have our lovely crew emblem on it.
Twice actually.
I paid 50,000GTA$ to put it on there. Twice.
and Twice. I was filled with rage when it did not appear.
Maybe I'm missing something, but pressing "Crew Emblem $25,000" doesn't seem like something even *I* can mess up.

3 hours wasted on trying to call MMI to claim on my Cars and assorted vehicles. I mean seriously. This is a KNOWN bug.
and I'm not sure, I'm not a developer, I just mod games.
But I'm Prrreeeeettyy sure... known bugs are meant to be patched ASAP. (This bug has been in since I got my first garage at level 12, 2 weeks ago or so, I'm not level 46. 2 weeks is enough time to fix broken code.)

(Let's end the bugs there, the others I have arn't game killers really. just off putting.)

Gameplay.
Shut up and return the £34 I spent on this game, I should have stuck to APB. Less requirements, bigger/more maps and the character creation didn't suck. not to mention I could actually have not just 1 (buggy, none existent) crew logo, but 3 (as free to play, I could have used that £30 whatever to buy premium for like 6 months and have a million logo's.
I mean who were you joking when you made online? the AI is stupid, the games optimization is like a bar of soap versus a brick on snow, and honestly, the graphics aren't even all that great, the most "beautiful" sight I've seen so far is a matte black van with Nitro.
(seriously though, that AI, if you GET shot while you're near a cop. you get a wanted level. "I'M SO SORRY OFFICER, I DIDN'T MEAN TO WALK IN FRONT OF THAT SHOTGUN *SOB*)

The community.
In a sentence, I would sum it up like this.
Xbox and PS3 had bacon.
PC... well we got REALLY cheap and fatty off cuts of ham.
not only do we all seem to hate each other, there's no motive. Did you even dev test the heists BEFORE you put them in?
Most of my team mates don't even listen to me (Thankfully I have my trusty sidekick mumble and my crew to do heists with, oh look, i made a team with 0 input or use of the R* community. actually I was in the crew before the crew existed.)
We had a hacker on our server a few days ago.
what we didn't have was an admin.

I have rules when I play a game. First off, see what the community thinks. Always check the Forums before you buy a game. In this instance, I ignored the complaints of nerfing this and that because my friend was so eager to play it.

Secondly, each game get's 15 levels. no more. no less.
My first 15 levels were spent shooting townspeople for like $50 a death. which didn't even cover the ammo cost. I had no guidelines and no tutorial. I didn't buy GTA to play the story line, otherwise I would have bought San andreas, GTA V and San andreas cant be THAT different. I'm pretty sure I had more fun on GTA 2 at the age of 11 on the play station. (damn that thug music when you walked was PIMPIN')
For the record, I have absolutely NO IDEA who "Officer Frank Tenpenny" and I don't know why "San Andreas." wasn't a correct answer to the forum signup.
Forgive my grammar R*, I'm deeply DEEPLY sorry.
I'm not of course. If I hate you by level 15, you're doing your job well. It's not until you truly hate something that you see ALL of it's flaws and none of it's good bits. (Wait do those exist?)

Oh. I'm running out of things to talk about.
One final thing I'd like to talk about is the Passive mode.
those of us who can't Shoot, Drive. those of us who can't drive shoot.
But I'm kinda one of those "Can't drive OR shoot guys"
I hate PvP, and I hate unrealistic features in a game which uses a realistic gravity.
Why is it that the none PvPers are (yet again, surprise surprise) being penalized for how they play? It's not a game where we can choose to play, have you tried saving for an Armoured Kuruma doing contact missions? HOLY CHRIS IN A HAND BASKET.

In every game like this (ooooh, comparing your game to another, doesn't just send shivers down that money filled, greedy little spine of yours?) the none PvPers get a penalty for not... well killing.
I always try to help my friends, if someone places a bounty on me, I'll just tell them to come kill me. What I don't like is when I'm delivering a car to Simeon, for some quick cash, then suddenly "A bounty of 5000 has been placed on you."

Conclusion
Was this game WORTH the money I spent on it.
Not yet. If you can get (price / 10 = years spent) on it, you've done well and it's pretty fair. in this case, if I get 3 years on this game, then and only then will I say "yes, you should buy this game, it's great."

Please note, I am a seasoned keyboard warrior, any intent to override my original point, stray from this topic, or attack me and try to tell me I'm wrong will not end well for you sunshine.

GTA:5 multiplayer has plenty of issues and yes, the BS bugs do suck, but most of the issues you brought up are user related. To be honest you seem like you just want to bash R*.
