peds walking around with helmets?

This has been driving me nuts, and I havent seen anyone else say anything about this so I have no idea if others are experiencing the same thing or not..

 

 

 

..But I'm getting some peds that are just walking around with helmets. Easiest place to find one for me is on Grove Street. There is always 1 or 2 Ballas there who are just hanging out with a helmet on (though If I recall, I think Ive seen a Family gang member walking around with one too)

 

I ended up removing all my plugins and mods etc to see if one of them was causing it but it didnt make any difference. So I just decided to throw together a plugin that removes the helmet (so far Ive only done it for one of the Ballas members) ..but I'm still confused about this.

 

 

Anyone else getting this? is it 'normal' or is there something with my game that is causing it

I've seen the Bellas and maybe a ped where you'd find Patrick "Packie" McReary at the dollar pill area with bike helmets on and since the games release and before using script mods and I might of seen a couple of the locals in Sandy Shores with helmets too

 

whenever I fist fight Ballas here, the ones sitting on the wall, two Ballas with Helmets on come running from the Davis City Hall
