3.Cheat codes don't matter, V offers alot more than any other game. So if you buying a game to cheat and mod the game, go on PC, they have alot for SP.

 

4.There's TONS of stuff to do in V, more than RDR AND IV. There's Yoga,Darts, Bowling, reliability, Cop shootouts, high customization.

 

5.V has the police staion, LS Customs and you can glitch into places.

 

6.The Customization is the highest than any other game, so don't give me that.

 

7.V has the most weapons than any other game out there, carbine, special carbine, RPG, Minigun, etc etc

 

Answer these: Does GTA V have it where you can gain/lose weight, muscle, stamina, respect, have sex appeal? Can you buy safe houses in the game? Does the game have hydraulics? Does the game have a lot of myths? Does the game have gore? I'm not talking about missions either, I'm talking about free mode. In the story, besides the heists, and the ending, does the game have it where you have to make decisions? Such as killing certain characters or what to do? Does the game have a purple dildo? Does it have a jetpack? Can you gamble?

 

The point I'm saying is you have to do your research next time. You and this thread are making me stupid.

Yes, this game does have a strength/stamina stat that can be built up.

 

You can buy multiple properies.

 

You have to make more decisions in this game than any other, by far. In San Andreas the story is 100% linear. There is only one way to progress. In IV there is only 2 endings. V has many, many more missions decided on by the player.

 

This game has plenty of myths. But that has nothing to do with game design.

 

V has better gore than any other GTA. By far.

When did you ever use it in the other GTAs?

 

Yes, and San Andreas and IV have literally no gore at all. Shoot someone in the head and it disappeared with a little blood pool on the ground.

I'd say without a doubt, V is my fav R* game. Never played IV, never played SA, VC was amazing for its time, spent countless hours just driving around the city, III was about the same as VC, and 1-2 was decent, but a bit annoying at times being completely top down.

I've played RDR but, I really couldn't get into it like some people. Friend of mine platinumed that game 5 times atleast.

GTA V (well specifically GTA Online) is my most played game ever. However that is since GTA Online has achieved its aim of bringing Player's together in an Open World environment (a very expansive Open World at that) that has been well Updated by R* and is inherently interesting to begin with ...In terms of an Open World environment, it is certainly my favorite of all time.

 

That said, the SP felt weak compared to my memories of playing GTA III, VC & SA (have hardly played GTA IV so not sure of the comparison there) and on that basis alone, it is certainly not better than all other R* games; on par if you count GTA Online.

If you give GTA V/Online several more years (with continued technical support, DLC drops and what not), I'd say it'd be the best title they've ever developed for sure. In it's current state, previous GTA titles do some things much better - but in my opinion I think it's the best (Grand Theft Auto) game ever dropped. I do.

 

GTA V/Online is missing some key features that made other GTAs so charitable. 'Primarily miscellaneous activities like gambling are something that GTA V just cannot let slip away. Vice City introduced dancing inside clubs like the Malibu, now we get dancing in San Andreas and The Ballad of Gay Tony. I feel that the game could seriously benefit with opening the casino and clubs like Bahamas Mamas and have them riddled with various activities. Adding billiards, basketball, bowling and arcade games wouldn't be an outrageous move as they were featured in previous games. A pool table in my apartment? Are you kidding me?

 

But I firmly believe with enough effort and support (by Dev and even gamer) Grand Theft Auto V can become San Andreas all over again.

If Vice City & San Andreas had been made with the freedom that the developers have now on PS4/XBONE instead of the console restrictions they had on PS2/Xbox, it wouldn't even be a close contest in my opinion. Don't get me wrong though, I love GTA5 and play it too much LOL but I just liked the overall story of VC & SA much better.
