Hi,

my name is JayDoesGames,

I am having a problem on GTA Online (PC), I cannot find to buy the Hydra on ANY website,

my friends have got it, and they said you can be any level to buy it, but on every website

there is in Travel and stuff I cannot find it, its not on there.

 

Please can someone help me with this problem?

You have to complete the Humane Raid - EMP setup mission to unlock it. Afterwards it will be available at Warstock Cache and Carry for $3 million.

I'm gonna assume you don't have the 3 million dollars you need for it anyway
