But sometimes i don't have internet (problems) and when I want to play in GTA V, I can't because I must login to Social Club. If yes, then read Periodic Entitlement Verification for GTAV on PC As noted in the GTAV PC System Specs, GTAV on PC requires periodic entitlement verification over the Internet. Osho Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 I am not 100% sure about verification since I don't have the game and play at my friends place, but I think Logging through Social Club under Offline mode will verify by connecting to Rockstar servers, and then you can play it! Make sure your game is fully oatched because the last patch addresses the connection issues many reported with social club in offline mode. YourToaster Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 If you want to play offline, create a .txt file called commandline.txt (don't double the .txt). open the txt file and enter: "-scOfflineOnly" - without the ". Save it and move the file to your GTA V directory. Just place it in the same directory where your GTA5.exe is located. Done, Social Club is now offline and stays offline.
